This is Michael Mixerr. I will do a review on Toby Keith's self-titled album.
For starters, 70% of the album is filled with love songs which is guess is quite common in country music. Which should not be a surprise. Mama Come Quick is about his childhood. The album ends with the humorous track Close But No Guitar. Ain't No Thang is quite the same. All in all, the album is good. There was an unbalanced number of love songs and that some of the tracks weren't long enough. Adding a 4 minute song would have helped.
I rate this album, Toby Keith, 4/5****.
