TXDOT Bull Creek location sold to TheGroveATX.

On the date of 1/17/2018, TXDOT sold their land property to real estate holder TheGroveATX. Demolition is expected to take place sometime this year. 45 acres out of the 67 acres will become single family condominiums. 3 to 4 story tall buildings are expected to be built as planned. A 3 story building housing between 15 units-45 units are expected to built and completed this year and if not by the year 2020. These 15 units-45 units will be single family units as expected.
