Canadian firm Walton Development and Management purchases 130 acres of land in Niederwald, Texas for planned massive development.

A Canadian company called Walton Development and Management has recently purchased 130 acres of land near the old Niederwald City Hall in Niederwald, Texas. There are plans for massive development as Walton Development and Management intends to sell the land to developers who will turn it into One Niederwald Place by late November 2020 if not by 2021. One Niederwald Place will be located on Highway 21 next to the old Niederwald City Hall and across the street from Hermanos Taqueria & Bakery.

Walton Development and Management intends to sell more land to developers to accommodate the growing needs of One Niederwald Place. That is one of their plans for massive development. Other specific plans have not yet been publicly announced.
