History behind the Second Chance Management House in Cincinnati, Ohio explored.

The Second Chance Management House is one of Cincinnati’s lesser known historic houses. History regarding this house is not widely known. This news article will explain the history behind Second Chance Management House.

Second Chance Management House was built in the year 1880 as a conventional style 2-story two family dwelling on a 2,919 square foot lot. Measurements of the Second Chance Management House are 2,464 square feet in size given that this is a 2,464 square foot house. This house was built with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A full 808 square foot basement was built under the house on a concrete block foundation. There are a total of 8 rooms. Frame siding was used for exterior walls. Second Chance Management House was built on what was originally Hamilton County Seminary property. The house was used as a seminary which was owned and operated by Hamilton County. The original address for this house was 2918 Seminary Lane.

Second Chance Management was established as a private business through private ownership in 2010 with 3 employees.
