History behind PFLUGERVILLE FEED AND GRAIN explained and explored. A chapter in granary history.

PFLUGERVILLE FEED AND GRAIN was established as a granary which was a domestic for-profit corporation on the date of May 21, 1958 by Willard Pfluger. PFLUGERVILLE FEED AND GRAIN was owned by Willard Pfluger, Larry Shaw, and Kathleen Shaw. PFLUGERVILLE FEED AND GRAIN was also known as  PFLUGERVILLE FEED & GRAIN CO., INC. too. Pflugerville’s new grain storage plant for Pflugerville Feed and Grain Co was nearing completion in 1958. A 70 by 160-foot structure was erected and had a storage capacity of 125 carloads of grain. Pflugerville Feed and Grain Co. was destroyed in a blaze of fire on the date of Wednesday, July 21, 1971. The cause of the fire could not be determined. (Ref: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/355708116/)

Willard Pfluger had no insurance on the Pflugerville Feed and Grain building or the agricultural products inside. He had no plans for rebuilding Pflugerville Feed and Grain at that location. For at least during that time. (Ref: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/386597187/)
