Blue Banjo was a Mexican restaurant operated by Stanley J Miller, Robert B Cole, and Steve Ray. Their restaurant did not stay open for very long. This news article will explain what happened to Blue Banjo?
The State of Texas shut down Blue Banjo on the date of January 27, 2017 due to non-payment of franchise taxes. Stanley J Miller and Steve Ray were behind on paying some taxes which included franchise taxes and business taxes.
The staff and owners of the Blue Banjo restaurant business failed to keep up with their own schedule making it difficult to attract customers for commerce during the daytime or even nighttime. This led Stanley J Miller and Steve Ray to shut down Blue Banjo thus leading to the dissolution of Blue Banjo in 2017.
Inconsequently the staff were rude and unprofessional. They take their own sweet time took cook or prepare a desired said meal for the customer(s). Their service was lagging at a slow pace as stated above. On top of that, the food tasted horrible. The beef fajitas taste charred as if they have been burnt to a crisp. The fajitas don't taste like authentic fajitas. Ingredients for food there tasted pretty bland. Not too good. The lack of real palates made it a poor choice for a weekend lunch. Lack of decor really drives customers and business away. The timing for this business was off. Their business practices were unprofessional.
The Blue Banjo restaurant was located at 3301 Steck Avenue Suite 105, Austin, Texas, US 78757.
