Mixerr Album Reviews #370

This is Michael Mixerr. I will review Pocketwatch EP by The Cowardly Leon again. The Pocketwatch EP was released in 2012. However this album review will be different! Rather than focus on the aspect of the musical content and production qualities I will focus more on the artistic design this time.

The artwork is the number one thing I love about this extended play. Shadow variants and gradient shading is professionally on point! It might not be Pen-N-Pixel or Clout Graphics. So the artwork might not be all that great. I can feel the nighttime late night club music as I listen to this EP and examine the album cover. The placement of tree is appropriate for the front cover. The Cowardly Leon is on the left with a guitar. Share this with your friends also! In fact, The Cowardly Leon is similar to Voxtrot on an artistic scale. The front cover of Pocketwatch EP will remind me of Voxtrot - Your Biggest Fan EP. I can feel that Voxtrot vibe. Let me explain it that way.

The artwork has that Voxtrot vibe. What I mean is that the front cover of Pocketwatch EP will remind you of Voxtrot - Your Biggest Fan EP. I know it reminds me of Voxtrot - Your Biggest Fan EP. For those who did not know, I reviewed the Voxtrot - Your Biggest Fan EP back in 2012.

I rate this EP, Pocketwatch EP, 4/5****.
