T.S.O.J (The Sound of Jazz) uses a soft type of smooth jazz yet the tempo remains upbeat. T.S.O.J (The Sound of Jazz) is similar to upbeat jazz due to the cymbals, snares, and kicks used on the drum kit. The song uses multitude layers of instruments.
Still Makin' It uses a touch of upbeat jazz using multiple layers of instruments. Still Makin' It is Makin' Luv, Makin' Music... revisited. The song serves as reprise to Makin' Luv, Makin' Music... obviously. The song has that nice jazz sound whether it be a rainy evening or a bright sunny day.
Dance For Ya Foot uses a mixture of jazz and reggae. It’s a dancehall type of song which is accommodated by the sound of upbeat smooth jazz. Fabio Morgera does a wonderful job playing the trumpet on this song as well.
Jazz and electronic music meet each other on the instrumental song Now What. Acid jazz and deep house meet each other here. Richard Arrigo plays a guitar in the background throughout the duration of Now What. It was a brilliant to have a guitar used on this deep house song. The song also uses a lively percussion selection.
New Type Of Jazz (Remix) uses rap with a dope jazz hop sound. Rap and hip hop meet jazz. Examples of styles of music used on this song are upbeat jazz, swing jazz, jazz hop. It’s dope when jazz meets the hip hop sound. Brown Surround is the person rapping. It’s a new type of jazz for everyone on this song of theirs. Fabio Morgera does a wonderful job playing the trumpet.
Monday Night is a timid but smooth jazz which incorporates the sounds of jazz and electronic music. The sounds of freeform jazz band be heard on this song. This song is perfect to cool down to due to the thick beats and smooth jazz sound. Monday Night is backed by thick hi-hats, snares, toms, and a kick drum.
