This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will review Most Hated by Santee from 1998 off of PRC Recordings in San Antonio, Texas. This CD has 18 tracks. KB, Black, and Jay of Suthern Merchandise are featured guest artists. So is Lil Sin. La Rue of PRC is on there too.

Mostly the sound of this album is lo-fi. There are freestyles. The cover artwork is very homemade. This album had a very dark feel as Santee's 1990s albums usually did expect Most Hated was his longest album of the 1990s. A lot of synthesizers and other equipment was used for the album. This album was very underground from the mainstream radar even in San Antonio.
