MC Hyst - SAC-A-DA-INDO album review
MC Hyst - SAC-A-DA-INDO is quite similar to Brotha Lynch Hung - Loaded due to the references of marijuana and related nature. The album has that classic Siccmade sound with eerie synths, ultra thick heavy bass, ultra thick synths, tight gangsta lyrics, and horrorcore sound. You can go wrong with production from Siccmade Muzicc. Overall the beats are sicc. The album is perfect to smoke marijuana to and get high. The album has a super laid back chill vibe hence the marijuana references. Marijuana themed songs titles include the highly addictive They Blame Chronic, the smoking hot classic SAC-A-DA-INDO, and the sicc Homesiic. You also have the old school hits such as Try'n 2 Stack A Mill, No Clues 2 Know Whereabouts, and Well I Was.
SAC-A-DA-INDO was released out the trunk old school style instead of having any national distribution back in 2007 on CD. SAC-A-DA-INDO is also known and referred to as the Hystables album. This is one of the dope rare rap albums from Sacramento, California that got overshadowed unfortunately. This album is long out of print but is available on YouTube.
They Blame Chronic is about how addictive marijuana can be. The song also explore the dangers to addiction of marijuana.
A big time banger has anger issues because of his wife. The anger comes from his wife and is aimed at her. One night he decided he wasn’t coming home. He wanted to get high after work. So he got hight with a female clerk who was a flirt. They thought weed would enhance their night. He foreshadows on a vision of children without their father. But he is too high to know that it’s a sign for him to come home to a wife in bed. As long as the chronic weed is on his mind.
It’s the same scene next Friday. He’s up in the clerk’s jeans all for some of that green weed. He’s giving on his dreams of having a family and given up on his family. Now he’s just another rich fiend not believing he caught up in the mix and midst of drugs. His wife took the kids. Now he is paying for the child support checks. Checks are coming up short by hundreds of dollars. All because he wants to smoke weed. His addiction to weed became dangerous and uncontrollable.
Marijuana is tearing up their way of life and his way of life. People blame the chronic for ruining his life even though it him that was responsible for ruining his life.
Homesiic uses that unique Siccmade sound and style with the beats and piano. You can tell that the production team worked real hard on this song. Homesiic is some real gangsta shit which deals with paranoia and institutionalization.
It’s midnight and MC Hyst is squeezing the trigger tightly. He is sweaty. So he takes a drink of liquor. Murder is something he sees in his dreams. It seems that MC Hyst is living a life full of stress. He hits the dank weed to ease the painfulness in his life. Pebble kush is what he smokes.
He wonders what he can do and where he can go. Visions of murder and dead bodies on the floor are what he sees. Because it’s criminal activity is spreading through the city of Sacramento, California. Still, he hears footsteps and voices from his window. What’s going? MC Hyst doesn’t know and he’s feeling frightened. Every single night, he sleeps with the chrome steel Winchester. Paranoid as fuck because he has the mind of a lunatic. He’s feeling sick to the point of no return.
Now he is out in a pitch black hall outside of his room. His mind is wondering. His mind just went boom. The California mental health code 5150 got him to where he won’t be out for a while. A vision of murder is locked in his brain. This is one of the reasons why he is institutionalized. His folks couldn’t give a fuck less if he could maintain. The walls are melting. His brains feels like it’s on acid. Of course he is loosing his mind again as he drifts to this other world he lives in. Can’t nobody feel him. You can’t understand if he can’t explain.
He wakes up with a puzzled face. He fucked up good. Locked away in an institution, MC Hyst is sick from that sickness.
It’ the sac a da indo, bitch, on the song SAC-A-DA-INDO. The chorus to SAC-A-DA-INDO is hella dope. It’s that Sac-a-da Indo, Criminalfonia state of mind here. MC Hyst gets high in the studio and writes rap lyrics to his songs.
5-0 never knew how to locate MC Hyst whether the criminals rise or the weather is nice west on Antelope Road. MC Hyst gets high out of his mind. The dank weed make him see more than what he believed in some time. He hasn’t done that for some time. His mind is fucking with him. So he takes his indo. T-Roy is locked down for selling drugs. That does not stop him from smoking weed though.
He just paged Nate. Nate is the person who will bring a pound of weed through. This will get MC Hyst high enough to write his album for the rest of the month. He realizes he should be in college but instead chose to be a rapper. Skills and lyrics are what he has.
Now there is a slightly different version of SAC-A-DA-INDO with MC Hyst, Mr. Doctor, and Brotha Lynch Hung that never got released. MC Hyst’s version was his tribute to that song. MC Hyst and Brotha Lynch Hung recorded a lot of songs that were never released and probably never will be. Now most people do not know this but MC Hyst thought slightly different version of SAC-A-DA-INDO was tight.
Well I Was explores what type of person MC Hyst was in his past. Hystables was rippin it up on this song. The song has that West Coast style with a much darker sound blended in. The beats have that West Coast sound too. Siccmade beats are sicc. Those that love the old Sac sound will love Well I Was.
Now the song Well I Was was always one of his favorites because my brother Mike W was locked down for years. He got out, straightened up his life, hooked up with MC Hyst, and dropped this bomb ass song.
He hit the ignition to start up his Sedan. His mom started bitching about longtime friends gathering together to relax and just be kicking it. She knew they would be into some dirt in a flash. MC Hyst tells stories of his life. He’s got love for the Lichen Boyz Posse on Lichen Drive. MC Hyst was a little ass young g and was one of your worst enemies.
The chords sample on Get Up and Get Something is what stands out. The chords sample used on Get Up and Get Something is from a Macy Gray song. MC Hyst took a different approach in terms of sampling because not too many Sacramento rappers sample Macy Gray songs. Now the chorus is hella sicc too. This shit just goes hard.
You can tell Phonk Beta had a hand in producing beats for this song by listening to it. Phonk Beta produced the beats for Try'n Stack a Mill. Now the beat samples an MC Eiht beat.Originally the song had a hook but MC Hyst thought the beat was just one of those MC Eiht beats where you just have nothing for the hook. He wanted to have sampled Phonk Beta’s beats but that did not end up happening however.
5/5*****!

MC Hyst - The Early Years album review
MC Hyst - The Early Years is quite similar to Brotha Lynch Hung - Season Of Da Sickness due to the hardcore gangsta edge and horrorcore vibe. The album has that classic Siccmade sound with eerie synths, ultra thick heavy bass, ultra thick synths, tight gangsta lyrics, and horrorcore sound. You can go wrong with production from Siccmade Muzicc. Overall the beats are sicc. The Early Years was his first album which included songs which he recorded from 1990 to 1996. Although most of the songs were recorded in 1993 which is around the time Brotha Lynch Hung - 24 Deep was released. Classics on this album include Murderfile, 50% of Insanity, and Visions of a Murder.
The Early Years was released out the trunk old school style instead of having any national distribution back in 1996 on CD. This is another one of those dope rare rap albums from Sacramento, California that got overshadowed unfortunately. This album is long out of print but is available on YouTube.
As far as production goes, MC Hyst, Brotha Lynch Hung, and Phonk Beta made beats from keyboards that allowed sounds to be loaded or used a sound module like JV1080 or JV2080 with sound cards like vintage strings etc. They used a Roland 808 drum machine and samples for filler sounds sometimes. But mostly just raw music being played on keyboards and drum machines. Those beats you hear were made by hitting the punch pads to physically make your beats in layers.
Murderfile is a siccmade classic that has beats that are hard as fuck! The beats are ultra thick and bass super heavy not to mention loud. Those beats you hear were made by hitting the punch pads to physically make your beats in layers. The vintage sound and Siccmade sound is what makes this song dope. Those beats stand the test of time. This is one of those songs you have on repeat constantly. Old school rap fans will appreciate this joint. The song is known for the violent and graphic content Siccmade fans enjoy and favor. A bit of horrorcore is added in to the song.
Murderfile was recored in 1993 and produced by Brotha Lynch Hung. This song was just a collab with Brotha Lynch Hung and nobody else. Just Lynch only. Brotha Lynch Hung just did the vocals and beats. MC Hyst wrote 90% percent of the lyrics. All the lyrics are original.
MC Hyst is rolling 2 deep, sitting with a brand new tape deck. He takes a left on El Camino. The set (gang) is on El Camino. He approached the danger with anger. But MC Hyst is cool as fuck. It’s hot as fuck in the summertime. A cloud of white smoke appears with a vicious grip. This ain’t no joke. He unloads his .9 millimeter and fires shots. He keeps on driving thinking nothing has happened.
MC Hyst is a pro that will damage you. So just take a step back and evaluate the situation. You have 3 seconds to move before he pulls out his gun and ends your fate. His shiny chrome .9 millimeter is fiending for a body drop. Them boys flew away from the scene as MC Hyst pulled his gun out. He is not taking sellouts.
MC Hyst is not just an ordinary person who blends in with the public and society. He feels no remorse for the person that claims East Sac is best. Nothing will stop him from going to East Sac. A semiautomatic weapon will make him unstoppable. I thought you knew. This is going to lead to some crazy ass shit. He stepped out the car talking about who’s click was the better click. Saying, “Fuck you click!” is a dangerous thing to say as Mr. Doctor by himself can handle everybody and fight them off. He’ll need back up from the homies. And your ass is target as well.
Not a single motherfucker trips in his hood but in the outskirts of Sacramento County everybody yelling and talking shit to get a point across. People do this to get their point across.
Suddenly shots fire from the window of a Buick. Fools are hit above the waistline. MC Hyst shoots back. People in the crowd die. This is not because MC Hyst is homicidal with a Manson Mind profile. It’s just him you have to worry about when he adds you to his murderfile.
Still up on some crazy ass shit. Here comes the cleaning of another murderfile. This makes him wild in his city. Every fool in Sacramento is acting like they’re on crack. MC Hyst plans to show to every other city not to sleep on Sac. That is what the lyrics “and every fool up in the S is actin' like they on crack to show to every other city not to sleep on Sac” are referring to. But MC Hyst is just low, down, and dirty. He ain’t trying to act shitty. Fuck every city but his. Murder and robbery are how he handles his problems. A 187 just turned into a 211. He robs a corner store and kills a clerk. He stated laughing afterwards.
Phonk Beta played a set of strings on 50% of Insanity using the sample of the Michael Myers piano sample. He also produced the beats with some outside help from Lynch. The strings follow the exact same notes and keys of that Michael Myers piano sample.
There is a version of 50% of Insanity which uses no samples. That version was produced by Phonk Beta. MC Hyst conformed that version of 50% of Insanity only exists on reel to reel format and was never converted to digital format due to a lack of funds.
Vision of a Murder is about MC Hyst’s vision of a murder. That is why you have the gruesome bloody murder theme. This is one of the graphic songs filled with violent content that is similar to Murderfile. Vision of a Murder came from the album A.O.D & Hystables - II Counts of Felony.
Lynch made the beats for Vision of a Murder in 1993 as that is when this song was recorded. The vocal sample came from X-Raided - Fucking With a Psycho.
A.O.D woke up next to a dead body like a maniac. He packs a fully automatic weapon. This is because he can’t be slipping. 2 extra clips are added on to his automatic weapon. Don’t trip when he rips your chest apart with his automatic weapon. He is about to start killing. Taking bodies to the graveyard is what he is doing. A.O.D lets bodies drop as he fires off shots.
That nigga A.O.D is from a different state of mind. What’s going on? The next thing you know A.O.D is putting the barrel of his gun to his mouth. A.O.D already sold his soul and there is no getting it back. He couldn’t deal with all these visions of murder.
MC Hyst gives back with his skills he uses from his mind. However he is losing his mind as trips off shit that is unheard of. That is because he saw a vision of a murder.
Fien'n 4 a Body-Drop backed by a looped sample of Zapp - More Bounce To The Ounce over those Siccmade beats. Sampled used on this song were Zapp - More Bounce To The Ounce, Sicx - High Off A Murder, and J Dilla - Do You.

Adam X - The Conflict album review
Adam X - The Conflict is one of the most overlooked and underrated albums out in techno music history. Fate Unknown is filled with that dark EBM industrial techno that Adam X is known for. The album was surely ahead of its time for 2005. What makes this album organic is the fact that all of these songs are all original material produced by Adam X himself. Originality is what makes this album of his stand out. These songs were recorded between 2001-2004.
Digital Eyes uses a dark electro soundscape which blasts electro-psychedelic sounds over techno-industrial complex. This is EBM industrial techno at its best.
Is It Deja Vu? is driven by hard kick drum beats which rumble the speakers along with the distorted bit crushed synths. The mood is both dark and upbeat at the same time. The song is similar to an intense level on a video game played in hard mode. Adam X is a genius when it comes to laying down synths and beats.
Photosensitivity is driven by a robotic vocal sample and high-paced beats over distorted bit crushed sounds. Just listen to the song closely and you’ll hear the distortion.
Sounds at the Siding is hidden track on the album which was also included on the State of Limbo album. The song has that authentic rave techno sound. The static on the song is very retrograde. Adam X is a genius when it comes to laying down synths. You feel the intensity inside the synths.
Robot Rebellion in 2071 is one of the more well known songs among Adam X fans that got constant play in the clubs of New York City in the early 2000s. The song was known for upbeat nature, vocal samples, and dark EBM industrial techno sounds. Beats to this song are insane. Distorted kicks blend in perfectly with those noisy interference samples. Robot Rebellion in 2071 was surely ahead of its time even for 2004.
Robot Rebellion in 2071 is what helped him gain more notoriety and respect in the industrial techno scene. This song further help him spread his trademark EBM-techno across the globe both online and offline. That is why Robot Rebellion in 2071 is one of his more well known songs.

Lil Black & CKC - Dark Territory EP review
Dark Territory is one of the most darkest hardcore gangsta rap EPs to have ever come out of Austin, Texas. The album has those eerie G-Funk synths over explicit hardcore rap lyrics with thick heavy bass and extremely loud beats. Tales of death, drug selling, and killing are what you can expect to hear on this EP. This is Texas gangsta rap at rawest. Dark Territory has some gritty G-Funk sounds. The EP includes the deadly Droppin' Bombs, mournful It’s Yo Cap Peeler, and the shake Can I Maintain.
Recording sessions for this EP took place at DJ Cassanova's studio. Members of CKC recorded in the closet with clothes hanging. Dark Territory was also allegedly mixed and mastered at the Tarrytown Garage Studio of Spoon drummer Jim Eno in 1996. Several DAT tapes were used to record the instrumentation on. Big Bailey and DJ Cassanova produced the Dark Territory EP. Although it was mostly DJ Cassanova who did most of the production and engineering. This album is known for its excellent production.
The album cover has a drawing of a longhorn cow which was designed by Elisha Wright. That person was responsible for doing the artwork. Here the artwork was designed using watercolor pencils. Just take a look at the album cover and back insert.
Now this particular EP was Lil Black’s and CKC’s first EP that was released out of the trunk only in 1996. Dark Territory was later only available through mail order only. Only 9,000 copies of the Dark Territory EP were ever sold. Today this album is considered a collectors item and extremely rare. The EP sells for hundreds of dollars when sold online.
CKC was Ciller Klan Click. Ciller Klan Click consisted of Lil Black, Gangsta Lo, N-Do Smoke, S.A. Fool, and Big Bailey.
The song It’s Yo Cap Pealer tells the story of Lil Black killing someone in retaliation for the murder of his longtime friend who lays deceased. This person had murdered his brother out of an act malice and meanness. Lil Black plans on getting justice for his friend by commuting murder in the first degree on the person who killed his friend. Premise of this song is based on a retaliation killing. That is why Lil Black unleashes his anger out on this track.
It’s Yo Cap Pealer was a solo track written entirely by Lil Black himself without the help of anyone else or has any members of CKC contributing.
The song is known for its chilling but negative vibe, smooth vocals, and G-Funk sounds. So enjoy the extremely pleasant and smooth sounds of Lil Black. Lil Black’s chilling vocals bear a resemblance to Scarface. You will be satisfied.
The song begins with a tambourine followed by 2 delicate piano notes played in minor keys. Heavy bass kicks in at the 0:03 mark. Those eerie G-Funk synths start playing afterwards followed by vibra slap.
We are gathered at the cemetery checking out his dead brother’s casket as he lays in peace. His brother was his partner. Lil Black has visions of the murder of his brother. So he has to kill that bastard and get revenge.
Lil Black is riding down the street smoking on a Swisher Sweet while jamming Scarface - Mr. Scarface. He never saw a man cry until he saw a man die. Now it’s time to enact his revenge with members from CKC. He is plotting a way to execute and murder the person who killed his brother. He writes the plan down. The person who killed his brother is now an enemy. That friend was like his a brother to him. Another day, another jack off in these Texas streets. It’s all good because CKC is out to play for keeps.
Lil Black and CKC are riding down the street while thinking about this enemy. CKC has Lil Black’s back. He just won’t be satisfied until he sees that person dead. He has to kill that person for his brother. Lil Black approaches the person and gets out of his ride. That will stop this motherfucker. Lil Black sees the person who killed his brother at a red bouncin’ in a drop top convertible. He creeped up slowly on that person with his glock cocked. Then he blasts at that person which separates the head from the shoulders. There is a smile on Lil Black’s face as he has got the last laugh. That person should have not fucked with the E-Town soldier named Lil Black. Now that person lays in the dirt. So he goes off to smoke some weed.
What happened is that Lil Black committed murder in the first degree. What’s done is done.
Can I Maintain is a song that tackles issues dealign with drug abuse of cocaine. The song also deals with the issues of substance abuse and drug abuse of cocaine. Maintaining your sanity while using cocaine is not the easiest thing in the world. Lyrics to the chorus are a reference to cocaine abuse. “Can I maintain fucking with that bitch cocaine?/Can I maintain?/Fucking with that bitch cocaine”
Can I Maintain is a CKC posse cut that got considerable amount of radio play on KAZI FM 88.7 as White Brotha played hip hop/rap songs on that radio station. Radio play is what made Can I Maintain a definitive ATX classic.
Trying to maintain in these streets is difficult. Fuck the flossing. Trying to maintain in these streets is difficult because there are so many playa haters in Austin who hate on other people’s success. Especially them triflin’ ass holes and assholes.
“Now can I maintain?” is what S.A. Fool asks himself. His homies know the struggle of going through cocaine abuse. So they often help. He fell into the game at a young age when he was youngster. Dead bodies of people lying by the dumpster is a sight he used to seeing. He is trying to maintain in this game because it’s hectic. Bitches are getting pimped out of their cocaine.
S.A. Fool is straight outta SA Town. SA Town is the city known for blasting. That is true because during the 1990s San Antonio was the murder capital of Texas and United States. San Antonio went through a wave of gun violence, gang violence, and drivebys during the 1990s. That is what the lyrics “Straight up outta SA Town/The city known for blastin’” are a reference towards.
The niggaz in the CKC click are all about their money. So don’t disrespect their game or get in their way. So game recognize game.
Lyrics to the chorus are a reference to cocaine abuse. “Can I maintain fucking with that bitch cocaine?/Can I maintain?/Fucking with that bitch cocaine”
Lil Black’s life is at the end of survival of the fittest. The hood done took him under. So he has game for you bitches out there. Lil Black stays posted up with rocks as he checks out the scene. The streets got him looking like a dope fiend high off cocaine. He starts seeing the dangers of cocaine. Cocaine gets him angry due to the high dosages he takes. So he starts smoking fry sticks to control his anger. Law enforcement is up in his cut and up on his nuts. Trying to catch that crack knowing that Lil Black has to make his paper stacks. Can he make it? Yes he can.
People get killed, jacked, and in trouble over cocaine.
Droppin' Bombs is a lyrical freestyle rap song performed and written entirely by Lil Black himself. Lil Black unleashes his anger out on this track also. Lil Black is dropping lyrical bombs on you bitches. Droppin' Bombs is an Elgin and Austin classic. The song is heavily dependent on a kick drum which gives away a loud vibrant presence. This kick drum is driven by mischievous dark upright bass. Shakers also give this song a loud presence as well.
Droppin' Bombs a song of his which got considerable amount of radio play on KAZI FM 88.7 as White Brotha played hip hop/rap songs on that radio station. Radio play is what made Droppin' Bombs a definitive ATX classic.
Droppin' Bombs uses a vocal sample from Kris Kross - Da Bomb. That is where the vocal sample “I drop bombs like Hiroshima” came from.
It’s that nigga Lil Black back in this bitch once again for the 96. So let that be the reason niggaz keep on getting their mug split because they keep on fucking with that mad man killa. He smokes Swisha Sweets to calm his nerves. These niggas keep on talking shit but they are about to get serve off something proper. Get your body when this nigga’s in your hood laying low in them bushes and is up to no good.
He caught someone slipping. So a 211 (robbery) is in progress. A 187 (murder) happens at the same time in these project. Homicide. Another person died up in these Texas streets. The victim lays stretched out. Paramedics came to the scene where the victim lays. Unfortunately that person did not survive after being hit in the chest with a .45 blast. Lil Black left that person dead. It’s another murder with no suspect. Just money and a Rolex were stolen. Lil Black is dropping bombs on you bitches.
Aggravated like Vietnam. Embalming fluid got him calm. Walking through his hood with this pistol in his palm til dawn. You better just hid away because someone might just die today. Getting blowed like a nigga oughta. Cant forget the two that’s dipped in water. Those pants are saggin' as his mind is in that killa mode! That is what the lyrics “Pants saggin’/Mind’s in that killa mode” evidence.
You niggas thought Lil Black was joking all because he is not 6 feet tall with swollen muscles. But he has knock power when he hits your jaw. He hopes you can take a hit or a punch. And if you get the best of him, retaliation is on his mind. Because he was raised up in that Elgin, Texas. A small country town but them folks are still reckless.
Lil Black is checking niggas constantly as they are mean mugging him. CKC is his click and they got love for him. And he shows his niggas love back by putting them in his music. Playa haters hate to see Lil Black make it in music. They want to see his downfall and watch him suffer as he fails. But that won’t happen. Because they know his shit is tight. They quick to say it ain’t but his tape is playing in their ride. What’s up with that? These niggas make Lil Black laugh. Punk mothafuckas. Lil Black is dropping bombs on your ass.
Gangstaz was another posse cut that became an underground hit for CKC and Lil Black due to radioplay on KAZI FM 88.7. This song was constantly back in the days.
Lil Black is running with them gangsters. Smoking on a tight Swisher Sweet. Chilling in his hood. He is on the creep after midnight. Niggas on the prowl and dope fiends know the deals with the big bricks. The Ciller Klan Click is coming hard for the 9-6. They steady ballin. Flossin up in Austin. Feds are coming thru and people are taking loses. So keep your game tight and listen to OG Lil Black. You owe him for making money on his turf. You owe him for pimping hoes in his town.
Lil Black learned a lot of shit fucking with the CKC click. Survival of the fittest when you’re clocking cash. Watch your back at all times never trust a friend or foe. Never let someone else roll your endo. This because niggas sure can be shiesty. Lil Black is walking with these gangsters. You busters just can’t find him.
Now Lil Black flips back to the South Side of Elgin. Mean niggas out to eat. Best believe they down to hoo-ride. They are some aggravated killas. Down to die for anything. Lil Black is trying to stay sucker free. His niggas got his back when anyone want to fuck with him. Lil Black is hanging with these gangsters. They are always in them streets hustling hard.
His click and friends showed him game in 1991. They showed him how to keep his game tight by making him go to college, save his money, and get his paper right. Carl Franklin made Lil Black do all that. Lil Black started taking business courses at Huston-Tillotson College in 1994.
