M.Cally - Club Stories album review
M.Cally's 2020 trap R&B Album "Club Stories" was a smash hit on the internet. Trap meets the sounds of sultry R&B ballads from San Antonio-based solo singer M.Cally. The King of underground R&B has done it again! Club Stories is like a trap R&B album like you’ve never heard before! He displays his versatility and his vocal range on industry beats and electronic chords.
Stop Lying is a song that tells both genders of the human race to stop lying.
M.Cally pulls up to the club in brand new Lamborghini. He ain’t lying. He comes down on them boys with those flashy extravagant big diamond chains of his. As we proceed to the jungle with the best king R&B. Suddenly a check of just got cleared. M.Cally got a G5 so switches up on them lanes. No. It don’t stop.
People say they got a house up on the hill, a Lamborghini with new wheels, new women, some new thrills, flash extravagant new grills, and big money. M.Cally tells them to stop lying.
M.Cally covers part of the lyrics to the song Prince and the Revolution – Darling Nikki perfectly over that trap music sound. He recited the lyrics to the first part of the song. “I knew a girl named Nikki I guess you could say she was a sex fiend/I met her in a hotel lobby Masturbating with a magazine” He recited these lyrics twice.
M.Cally explains how night life is like the jungle on the trap R&B song The Jungle. Trap meets the sounds of sultry R&B here.
The night life is a lot like the jungle. On a scale of 1 to 10, M.Cally will have to choose 11 because he is in heaven.
He spots a female with brown skin and thighs with light brown caramel eyes. She is a sexy cheetah. M.Cally is on the hunt like a lion in a pack. M.Cally is on the hunt for women. He sees women and drinks. He contemplates about whether to attack or not. He’ll be prowling on the prowl and hunt regardless of whether or not he does.
He’s got the alligator shoes with the belt to match. Mink fur coat with a gangsta hat. Gorillas banging on his trunk while he sips Cognac. He burns off from the club like a gangsta mack. He can’t wait to slap that ass like a bongo.
Baby Don't Stare showcases his love endeavor to a woman he is attracted to. His rhymes are simplistic but yet catchy.
M.Cally finds a woman he is attracted to. He tells her, “Baby, don’t stare at me. Or I’m gonna come do my thing.” He looks at her left hand to discover that she has no ring. This indicates that she is not married or engaged to a fiancé.
Her fine thighs must be tired from running all day. She can see M.Cally does not hesitate to waste time. He can still pull in ladies with corny lines. She has 2 children but she is still fine. Look at those hips. M.Cally will do his thing. Not just one time. He will lick her legs in reverse order by starting with her feet. Turn her ass out.
He tells her she can bring friend or 2. He just wants to chill without any hassle or drama. She just wants to talk and he just wants to smoke. And wake up in the morning with some eggs and toast. Then go back to bed so he can wake up more.

Dyce - Bossin Da Game album review
Dyce - Bossin Da Game is one of the lesser San Antonio rap album which was released in 2016 on CD by Ricé and IITight Music. The album has Ricé’s signature sound with the double bass and double guitars. That is his signature smooth mellow Southern production. Not to mention quadruple layered synths and chords. The album has songs Dyce recorded in the 90s with Ricé. All of the songs were produced by Ricé himself. Everything from conscious rap to gangsta rap can be heard on this album. So expect to hear some of the highest, most smoothest G-funk you’ve ever heard. Any fans of rap music will not want to miss out on owning Dyce - Bossin Da Game.
The album sold successfully in Japan more than in the United States because IITight Music Shop gave nationwide distribution for Dyce’s album all across Japan in 2016 on CD. Where in the United States the album was only sold in the Austin-San Antonio metropolitan area. His album did not have nationwide distribution in the United States. This is because Ricé gave the music rights and distribution rights to IITight Music Shop to distribute Dyce - Bossin Da Game all over the country of Japan back in 2016. These songs were unreleased songs from the 90s with the exception of Shysty Ways. That is also how Dyce - Bossin Da Game became a bestseller underground. His album was a bestseller on hiphopbug.com and at HMV.
Now the maroon colored arch shown on the front cover is the Pennybacker Bridge over the Colorado River in Austin, Texas. Loop 360 runs through Pennybacker Bridge. You can see a glimpse of Austin Country Club in West Lake Hills on the far left corner. Any of you Texans out there will already know these facts.
Some of you may remember Dyce from the Runnin’ Blind compilation from 1997 and the Swisher Deep compilation from 1998. Dyce also had songs featured on the 2016 Swisher Deep compilations released by IITight Music and Ricé.
The song Southside's Comin represented how the South Side of San Antonio was coming up with rappers such as Dyce, SCG, Tear Drop, Fade Dogg, and Mr. Lo were coming up. Dyce was from the South Side of San Antonio. Dyce pities fools dissing the South Side of San Antonio. So he keeps people in check by letting them know not to diss his side of town. This is one of Dyce’s smoother songs with super fat and heavy bass.
And if you can see what’s going on, Dyce will let you know. You know it’s hot as the South Side of San Antonio is coming up. Dyce is coming.
Dyce brings shit to the table like Big 6. He fiends for money as money is what he desires to get. Dyce keeps his lyrics lit as he comes up with gangsta flows. He’s hood living as he’s tripping with these gangsta hoes. He was always on top and never under anyone. He moves and creeps like a spider. The South Side is blowing up. You better not slip because the South Side is not slow. Cold pimp niggas don’t play that shit.
Dyce spits game from the ghetto. He calls people out to keep them in check. He is crazier than a kleptomaniac. He has an inability to resist the urge to steal items. Dyce represents the South Side of San Antonio with pride. So fuck those who are talking down on the South Side of San Antonio. Dyce will be the worst to kick a verse. He’ll kick the worst verses you’ve ever heard in your life. The city of San Antonio is bout it, bout it. Dyce and his crew cause a lot of trouble by fucking up the party. That is how he is causing trouble.
When the South Side of San Antonio, they wreck things. A G-Coast nigga gotta take respect instead of earning it. He pities fools dissing (disrespecting) the South Side of San Antonio. He’s keeping hoes in line.
Pimp Strolling is one of Dyce’s smoothest songs off. Ricé uses his signature smooth mellow Southern production throughout the song. The song has some wicked vinyl scratches and DJ’ing. Pimp Strolling exemplifies how Dyce makes his money being that the basis and premise of this song is all about making money. He goes on about how he makes his dividends.
Now on this song Dyce switches up his flow and his style of rapping to an extremely fast pace. His flow, cadence, and his style of rapping are similar to Twista.
Dyce is now pimping for the paper by getting that cash. That is why he is pimp strolling. Suckers are quick and try to play him. Suckers don’t pay him. But Dyce is slick, smooth, smart, and street-savvy. He won’t let that happen to him. Them little chicks and tricks better chill. It’s all about making money. He goes on about how he makes his dividends. Dyce has it good when he is flossing through the hood. He has it good. However Dyce himself doesn’t think he has it good enough. So he goes out on a pimp stroll.
Shysty Ways is dedicated to them haters and shiesty individuals. The song serves as a cautionary tale and warning to be aware with who you associate yourself with because your friends could be your enemies. The premise and basis of this song deals with hate and hatred of/towards others. This is one of Dyce’s smoothest songs.
The song Shysty Ways used on the Runnin’ Blind compilation that was released by Commerce Street Records back in 1997 when Commerce Street Records was located on Commerce Street in the Jefferson Heights neighborhood of San Antonio, Texas. Ricé produced the chords, beats, keys, and synths to this song. This song is a bonus track.
At the very beginning, Ricé questions how can you expect someone to stop hating on your ass when the first thing that comes out of you mouth is hate for another person.
Have you ever been with a man with his back against the wall? Dyce was in the same situation at one point. There have been people plotting to see him fall and become a failure in life. So what goes around comes around. That’s just life. Wear the shoe if it fits. Dyce keeps his faith along the way. He battles his own personal inner demons. That’s why he has an ice cold personality. Game recognize game for real. He sees through peoples disguises and shady, shiesty ways. He sees the hoe in your eyes.
Fake niggaz never rise. True Gs never die. He shares a message to those haters and the shit that they bring for bringing salt up in his game. In other words, he calls out people for being salty.
Dyce has seen the light as his eyes are open. He’ll fuck up your life if you ever try to fuck with him. For not understanding his struggle. He keeps a glock on him. Dyce has seen everything. He has been through the fire. He has been through the depths of hell. Dyce asks these cowards one question. How the fuck are you going to survive if you’ve got no heart?
Dyce talks about this mark ass nigga named Robb he once knew who he now distrusts. He was a nut. He tried to fuck his crew over. However Dyce’s crew turned their back on Robb. All because Robb thought he was better than everyone else. Dyce got his revenge by getting his crew to turn their back on Robb
You tricks are making Dyce sick. Haters are up in his mix. It comes with the territory of having a grip. He sees the envy and jealousy in people’s eyes. They can’t wait to hate. Dyce has seen everything. It comes with the territory. We’re all geeking for the loot. Everybody is fiending for fetti. He does not need the misery as misery loves company. Trickery gets to him.

Rukus - Homegrown album review
Rukus - Homegrown is a fresh Afrocentric hip hop album with a blend of world music. The album is totally different from any typical Southern rap album as hip hop/rap meets world music on this album. Rukus uses a smooth flow and witty lyrics with his raps. The lyrics to his songs grab you by the ears and infiltrate your emotions like Tank due to his tasteful and meaningful lyrics. This MC reps Nigeria and the San Antonio to the fullest. You will not want to miss out on listening to this incredible lyricist.
I Pimp is a toast to all pimps out there. I Pimp is one of those braggadocious tracks on the album similar to his song I'm The Best from his 2008 album Can’t Forget. He lets everyone know how and why he is the best.
Rukus proposes a toast to the pimps out there. Nobody is better than Rukus. Yea he said it! He’s half gorilla pimp. So he walks four-legged. He is ready to blow like the weed in your hand. Don’t jump into the cypher when he is beating you. He doesn’t need a label. Rukus rocks the world as if he had the globe in a cradle.
He comes with that 210 flow. His 210 has got you messed up lying in the dirt. Rims got you choked up. It ain’t about the flashy materialistic things.
Rukus pays homage, tribute, and respect to the Motherland of Africa on the song African Queen (Remix). He reps the green and white (Nigeria) throughout the song. African Queen (Remix) mirrors life realistically in many countries located on the continent of Africa. Rukus also pays homage, tribute, and respect to his country of Nigeria.
Known as the king of the remix, Rukus always adds that extra special element to tracks. The song has a vibe of high energy and happiness. The hit single “African Queen (Remix)” received airplay in the US, UK, Nigeria, and Ghana. His touching rap remix to TuFace's "African Queen" garnered attention from the United Nations. The song was chosen as part of a compilation album with proceeds to aid in the fight against poverty.
He smiles when touches the land of Nigeria and the continent of Africa. Rukus is in love with the African culture despite the crime, poverty, and corruption.
The song Ride With Me is a mid tempo paced Afrocentric rap song with a small touch of acoustics. The song has a vibe of high energy and happiness. Yet oddly enough there is a lack of instrumentalness and reverb. The song Ride With Me has a tempo of 100 BPM and is played in the G Major key (9B Camelot).

Rukus - Can’t Forget album review
The 2008 album Rukus - Can’t Forget features an eclectic mix of funk, soul, and classic hip hop with the gritty edge that only a Texas artist could provide. This is an album with a purpose.
Everyday is and has proven to be one of the most inspiring songs written for women in the 00s decade. The song charted at #50 in HipHopCritics Top 100 Songs of 2008. Everyday showed off his skills as this is some overall strong work of his.
Can't Forget is one of his many inspirational songs to date. In his own words, the concept at the heart of Can't Forget is "that you can't forget your purpose, where you want to go, and most importantly where you came from." This is a song with a purpose.
I'm The Best is one of those braggadocious tracks on the album. He lets everyone know how and why he is the best. Rukus comes with that 210 flow.
Rise Up is an educational rap track where Rukus takes us through the pages of history to show us we can't get any where if we don't know where we come from. You know the old saying from Irish statesman Edmund Burke, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” And the other saying from British statesman Winston Churchill, “Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Lessons from the past may not always ward off doom, but they can provide insights into the present and even the future. The triumphant sounds from real hip hop are present on this track.

Positive K – Night Shift / One to the Head single review
Positive K – Night Shift / One to the Head is one of the lesser known New York hip hop singles from the 80s which did receive some moderate spins on the radio and underground clubs. This is when hip hop was hip hop. All of these songs showcase and exemplify Positive K’s smooth rhymes with his lyrics.
Night Shift (Pimp Version) is regarded as one of the greatest hip hop tracks in history. This song is an example of early pimp hop similar to Too Short, Grand Daddy IU, Suga Free, and Pimp C. This classic hip hop song has banging beats, yo! Positive K plays the role of a fly pimp who is a smooth talker during this hip hop song. Quit your day job, cause now you're on the nightshift. Positive K got you workin on the nightshift.
The introduction of this song uses a sample from the 1973 blaxploitation film The Mack.
You talkin just like a pimp!
You see pimpin's big business and it's been goin on since the beginning of time.
And it's gonna continue STRAIGHT AHEAD til somebody up there turns out the lights on this small planet.
Allow me to propose a toast.
The true black mack with a knack is set up attract a stack. He spins dem girls like crack. So let him work his maneuver. You gotta school these young macks comin up today. The girls are relish but they need to ketch-up on they pimpin. Positive K is the fly pimp. When it comes to pimping, bitches know his status. Positive K is ridin' with Kane in a Mercedes. Flashin' high-beams amongst all the young ladies. They step up and ask him to get in. Pimp on pimpin'. Quit your day job, cause now you're on the nightshift. Positive K got you workin on the nightshift.
These are Positive K’s smoothest rhymes.
There's none smoother, so you know that I'ma soothe her
And uhh, when I start to shoot the gift
The next day, I got you workin on the nightshift
That's right Pos baby
I mean to be 'frank', they just hot dogs
Positive! Oh yes, the fly pimp
I do my thing but I would never attempt
to brag or boast, to try to say that I'm the baddest
But you know my motto: no skins, no Benz (heh)
Before you know it, I'm like a mack to her
One whiff of the gap shot swift
I got you workin on the nightshift
Shakin' them hips softly while she's steppin’
The lovin' ain't a tool, the lovin is a weapon
Positive K is what you'd call a smooth microphone controller. His lifestyle is like suave bola. The only thing Positive K is sniffing is your girlfriend’s pantyhose. If you find that kinky, put some barbeque sauce on the tip of my pinky. He’s wearing you down, baby. He gives the kiss of death. Just like Blackula. Watch him get freaky like a nymphomaniac. An erotic tour with the mack. Not to be played with. Another hit baby!
You have got to work your women by the scale. If she is skinny, make her bring you home a good penny. If she is fat, make her pay like she weighs. What they used to say? "The Freaks Come Out at Night" Yeah, believe it's true. In fact it's a reality. Some do it for the love and some do it for the salary. Some women are true and some women are deceiving. Some women are also ladies of the evening. Shakin' them hips softly while she's steppin’. The lovin' ain't a tool. The lovin is a weapon. Time keeps tickin' and the world keeps turnin’. So fellas, watch your ladies 'cause it's women Positive K is pursuing. He don't play games because games are for fools. When your girl picks him, you know the rules!
One to the Head is B-Boy styled hip hop song reminiscent of the 80s. This song showcases and exemplifies Positive K’s smooth rhymes with his lyrics. He gets quite provocative on this song. Yet this is one of his more slept on songs.
First up to bat is Pos K the party wrecker. He’s got more moves than a fucking game of checkers. He can sell an Eskimo a glass of cold water. It ain't no doubt you get knocked in ya mouth. All types of Positive, that's what the girls say. You ought to be scared because he will scoop your daughter. He is bad that he can rob a drip of water. The rhyme was speed but like a turtle be movin' slow and funky to a groovin' beat or dance.
These are some of Positive K’s smoothest rhymes.
First up to bat, Pos K the party wrecker
Got more moves than an effin' game of checkers
Be the eighth MC, that Rakim didn't talk about
All types of Positive, that's what the girls say
Grown damn man, got no time for child's play
Scoop your daughter, be scared you oughta
I'm a new breed far from a young seed
Like a Boy Scout daily do my good deed
The rhyme was speed but like a turtle be movin'
I'm slow and funky in other words - I be groovin'!
Once and for all, let me tell you who the eff am I
Cause I'm the man, from here to Afghanistan
Cambodia, even Iran
But I never ran, and matter of fact I never tried it
In a contest me fess, man you just the next man, got it?
Good, he didn't know I coulda woulda shoulda meant
And if he coulda, I think I he woulda shoulda went
If I didn't tell ya, then how would you know?
Positive K's not your ordinary Joe
Ladies look at me as a man of leisure
Cause I can do the things that can definitely please her
Brothers like to scramble, hustle, gamble
Women take the skin when I got a hell of a handle
A chip off the block cause my daddy was a player
Other words, hon, that means you don't have a prayer
Cause I'm sweet, sweeter than a Raisinette
But on the other hand I'm hotter than Tabasco
You rhyme first and I'll be the last to go
Now I'm sturdy, sturdy as a girder
Versatile with capabilities of murder
Protectin' my honor as if I was a samurai
"Oh my back!" is the sounds when I slam a guy
I'm not above comedy and playin'
That's just my simple way of sayin'

Me Phi Mi - Opus No. 3 in A# Minor album review
Opus No. 3 in A# Minor by Me Phi Mi is a world music album that has been highly slept on and under appreciated by music fans in general. Songs from Opus No. 3 in A# Minor are mostly performed in A# Minor. The album was released in 2012 on the internet as a digital album to soundclick. Opus No. 3 in A# Minor showcases the darker side of Me Phi Me with songs such as “&” , One Day Again (I Will Rise), and Sweat Not. The entire album is similar to an orchestra. You have your moments where the instrumentation gets extremely loud.
The song howyawanna is an autobiographic tale of Me Phi Me’s life. Me Phi Me got inspiration from 2Pac I Keep Ya Head Up when he wrote this song.
Me Phi Me thought that something stronger remained because of the money, the family, and the fame. He thought it was the pain of being under the influence of using heroin that caused him pain, but it was the pain he had experienced earlier on in life. He had a hard life from day one. So he used heroin to escape the pain.
Me Phi Me grew up tough in the city of Flint, Michigan running around like a thug. He knew how it was. He changed his ways and spread a little love by forming the group Me Phi Me. The whole world could not suppress a gangsta's dreams. Gotta live howyawanna live. Something stronger remains inside of him and his soul. Not because of the money, family, and the fame.
Live howyawanna.
Be howyawanna.
Pray howyawanna.
Cry howyawanna.
Feel howyawanna.
Look howyawanna.
Cum howyawanna.
Die howyawanna.
The song grasshoppa teaches us that we are all one as human beings. This song will help you learn to understand we all are one under the planet. We are all equal as human beings regardless of race or nationality. We all are one under the sun.
The last part of this song on Verse 2 is where truth can be found.
Well I can make you get down
Down where the truth can be found
A reunion of the spirit
You can hear it underground
Not the material world
See you cannot touch a groove
but if you open up your soul you will feel it inside of you
Grasshopper... when you can take the pebble from my hand...
When you can learn to love your fellow man...
When you can be the water and the sand...
When you can feed the children across your land...
When you can be the very breath of man...
When you can do the very best you can...
Then you will learn to understand we all are One under the sun
The song “&” deals with hate, tears, pain, and sanity. The song is backed by a solid grand piano with the momentary violin selection which is played in A# minor. The song “&” showcases the darker side of Me Phi Me. The entire sing is similar to an orchestra. You have your moments where the instrumentation gets extremely loud.
Hate is just another hurtful feeling or emotion we all feel in life. Hate is something which is inevitable. Me Phi Me loves to embrace hatred. The following lyrics are a reference of him loving to embrace hatred.: Just another hurt I feel (though I love its embrace)
Lyrics below explain how Me Phi Me washes away his doubts and fears.:
T
Ears
Tears
Let it wash Me away with my doubts and my fears
Pain to this existence with no resistance is what’s drivin' him insane. No, he is not sane. Sane. NO not me. No NOT me. Me Phi Me is happy with the darkness, sorrow, and stress.
It's just a game.
It's only Me.
That's all I see.
Not a deep inner key.
Not a damn victory.
I'm happy!
I'm happy!
I'm happy with the big lie that I won't die.
Life is how time sighs.
Psst! is a socially conscious Me Phi Me cut. The song explains lies and conspiracies in poetry.
The media and politicians portray Me Phi Me as a negative influence on society because he performs folk rap. They even come at Me Phi Me through the music that he is listening to. Politicians use us as pawns in the games they play and they have taught us how to like it that way.
These lyrics explicitly explain how politicians use the people use us as pawns in the games they play and how they have to conform to their standards.
Bombarding me through their media and through their politicians
They even come at me through the music that I'm listening
They're using us as pawns in the games they play
And they have taught us how to like it that way
These lyrics explain how corporations use lies to deceit the public into buying their products. These are the 12 Essential Lies and Conspiracies.
Why does angel food have to be white?
when brown is the devil food's cake
Cocoa Puffs are sure to make you Cuckoo!
But Frosted Flakes™ make you feel great?
It's all a part of a balanced break fast
12 Essential Lies and Conspiracies
Who handed me a bag full of drugs
The judge said "life imprisonment" and labeled me a thug
Then told me if I just learn to say, "Yes sir, boss"
They'd take another look -- and let me off
So now I'm running loose upon the city streets
And I ain't even close to having freedom
It's not that I don't like to use my brain
It's just I realize that I don't even need them
With this mind control
