M.Cally - Bedroom Legend album review
M.Cally - Bedroom Legend is a legendary R&B/Soul album from San Antonio, Texas that has been sorely overlooked and has gone under-appreciated. Not too many people know about this album. Bedroom Legend showcases and exemplifies M.Cally singing the best within in his vocal range on both the low scale and high scale to the best of his ability.
Dramafied is one of the more calming sultry songs off the album. He hits those harmonies, riffs, and runs perfectly. The synths and chords make this song relaxing and harmonious. On Dramafied Marques wants a perfect day with his lady. He wants a perfect day with arguing on the phone or any other drama. This lady is dramafied and uptight. He tells her clearly that she does not need to be so dramafied.
Marques wants a perfect day. He tells his lady, “Let’s make today a good day. No arguing on the phone. No heresay. Just me and you chilling like we used to. Go out and hit the scene. And do what we wanna do.”
Nobody said he saw her ex at the club. He was never cheating on her as he doesn’t have another lover. He didn’t give her his number. He said to her, “Baby, let’s chill. No social networking. I only want to be with you. And the only networking is his body working on you.” Wine is what he brought over to her house. He tells her, “I belong to you, baby. You ain’t gotta be so dramafied.”
She does not need to trip or go there with him. He tells her clearly that she does not need to be so dramafied. Marques will do anything for her. He just wants her to get back to the passionate loving. He just wants her to go back to the passionate love they use to share and have. She still turns him on.
Kitchen 2 Bedroom is a 112 type of song that is similar to 112 - Anywhere. The song showcases and exemplifies about having sexual intercourse anywhere from the kitchen, the bathroom, all the way to the bedroom. Pretty much anywhere in the house.
Til Morning showcases and exemplifies M.Cally singing the best within in his vocal range on both the low scale and high scale. M.Cally wants his girl by his side. Begging is something he does not want to resort to. He asks her to lay her sexy body next to him. His intentions are to make her feel good. Tonight and forever will always be about her.
M.Cally breaks us off something proper with the song Mr. Break U Off with his lovely vocal range and singing. M.Cally breaks her off something at the same old town in the same old place. In the same old Mercedes Bens with a drink is how he greets her.

Geno V - Fuego album review
Geno V - Fuego is one of the lesser known albums from the Austin, Texas based record label Grapetree Records. Not too many people know about this album. Geno V brought his Hip-Spanic Music (a blend of Spanish and English rap incorporated with Tejano and Tex-Mex) to the mic and uses a twist of linguistics in words from the Spanish language with his follow-up album to Take Me To Tha Homies. Geno V has developed a unique style which he calls Hip-Spanicó, a bilingual blend of Spanish and English Rap incorporated with the Latin Music of Tejano, Tex-Mex and some International flavors.
He manages to keep in touch with his religious side. The tracks are firme and tight. This is another Latin music infused rap album.
He worked with Knolly Williams to produce this album. Many people contributed to the recording of this album. Producers, vocalists, percussion ensemble, you name it. Knolly Williams served as the executive producer on the album.
Fuego was intended to be Geno V’s follow-up album to Take Me To Tha Homies. Geno V - Fuego was intended to be released in 1999 by Grapetree Records on CD and cassette for the Latin music imprint GT Latin. However for whatever reason(s) may have been, this never happened. Geno V’s Fuego album remains unreleased and no one has that album. For whatever reason(s) the #1 Christian rap label in the world failed to release his second album for GT Latin.
Geno V’s Fuego album was mentioned in Issue #30 of the Illtip magazine in an article titled “Geno V Story”. The article mentions how Geno V raps in Spanish on the Fuego album. He uses both English and Spanish languages.

Mandy Moore - Silver Landings album review
Silver Landings was Mandy Moore’s comeback album for 2020. This album of hers marked her comeback and return into music. Her vocals a flair of freshness given how she was a 2000s pop sensation. Most these songs are acoustic backed/driven pop songs given how a single acoustic guitar is used on the majority of songs on this album. One could call this an acoustic pop album. On most of those album she reflects on her life as a singer with songs such as Tryin’ My Best, Stories Reminding Myself of Me, and Fifteen. She shows self-awareness and growth with these songs. There are the obligatory love songs on the album such as Save a Little for Yourself and Give Me My Heart Back.
The song Tryin’ My Best, Los Angeles has Mandy reflecting on the beginning of her career as a singer in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Mandy always dreamed of this place where the ocean meets sky. A place known as Los Angeles, California. She got caught up in a wave of traffic on Vine Street in Hollywood, California. Stuck here waiting for a sign. Well, Mandy is tryin' her best, Los Angeles.
They say it's all who you know. Mandy doesn’t know enough influential people to get where she needs to go in the music industry. Sometimes she stares at the phone like she is prayin' for rain. It'll be here any day. Her chance to have a shot in the music industry. This fire gets Mandy higher. She can't let it go. She is tryin' her best, Los Angeles.
Los Angeles is more than she imagined and was Mmore than she was asking for. Anything can happen in a city of open doors. There's so much left to do. Laughin' and cryin’.
Mandy reflects on the beginning of her career as a singer in music during the late 1990s and early 2000s on the song Fifteen.
Mandy Moore was 15 when she first got started signing. She wasn't old enough to drive. She took a trip from Seminole County with her mother by her side to New York City, New York. The world was falling at her feet. She thought she was making music. But she was only filling seats. Mandy has no regrets with a few exceptions. Every wrong turn was the right direction for her to say the least.
Her record label was on a parade for the radio station so they'll play her biggest hits. She missed prom and had missed her high school graduation. College at the end of fall was not the path she chose. Instead she was on the road singing with a boyband for the people in the mall. Mandy Moore toured as the supporting and opening act for NSYNC and Backstreet Boys' Millennium Tour back in 1999.
Mandy is learning to love all the imperfections that are still a part of her. Mandy has no regrets with a few exceptions. Without even knowing why.
Give Me Back My Heart has Mandy telling her man to give her heart back. All along her man was leading her on as he was lookin' for reaction from a girl he just didn't need
All the doors are open. All the games are ready for play. Has the curse been broken? Did Mandy and her gamble on a cliché? Just behind the curtain. They were waiting for the right cue and something felt uncertain. But it wasn't weighin' on him.Mandy tells her man, “Give me back my heart if you don't want my love anymore. Then give me back my heart.”
All emotion were stuck on repeat until the lines start showin’. All the nights Mandy couldn't compete. Was it all distraction from a life he just couldn't lead? All along her man was leading her on as he was lookin' for reaction from a girl he just didn't need.
Mandy tells people to save themselves a little love with her song Save a Little for Yourself.
Not all pain is black and blue. Love is not always physical. Love is also mental and emotional. That is what the lyrics, Not all pain is black and blue/Strongest people come unglued/When someone gets the best of you/Don't let them take the rest of you” mean. Even the strongest people come unglued when someone gets the best of them.
Save a little for yourself. Save a little for some help. You know you're gonna need someday. You've got a lotta love. Enough to go around. Love is gonna be right there where you left it. Love is gonna be closer than you think. Love is gonna be all that we are left with. Because the love that you give is only as good as the love that you keep is only as good.
Found some things you can't control somewhere down the rabbit hole. It doesn't take a miracle if you wanna stop feelin' invisible.

Romeo - Gumbo Station album review
Romeo - Gumbo Station was one of the lesser known albums from Guttar Music, Take A Stand Records, and No Limit Records. R&B singer Bobby Valentino produced songs for the album while Myke Diesel and Master P oversaw management for the entire album. R&B singer Bobby Valentino worked as a producer with Romeo on the album Gumbo Station. Bobby Valentino had already collaborated with Romeo on the soundtrack of his movie God's Gift back in 2006. The album also included production by Dr. Dre. Pop rap meets Southern rap and gutta street rap on this album.
The album was his second collaboration with his brother Valentino Miller. A lot of different artists made appearances on the album. Master P even raps on the album. He mentioned on his MySpace page that Gumbo Station is going to be his best album yet. Romeo had a feeling and an instinct that his Gumbo Station album was going to be something special.
Romeo called his 5th album Gumbo Station because gumbo has a lot of different variety. This album has a lot of different variety. He just really wanted to do something different, something unique. So that's why he called his 5th album Gumbo Station.
Songs recorded for the Gumbo Station album were Special Girl with Marques Houston of B2K, Rock It with Mizz Kitty, I'm Fly with Young V, Silver Surfer, and Better. The singles from the album were Rock It with Mizz Kitty and Special Girl with Marques Houston of B2K. Rock It with Mizz Kitty was the second single off the Gumbo Station album. His songs he recorded had a mixture of feelings, sounds, rhythm, treble, and emotions. The songs were types of songs which will make you laugh, others cry, or even dance.
Romeo - Gumbo Station was originally slated to be released on Guttar Music, Take A Stand Records, and No Limit Records on the month of May 2007. Romeo said in a May 7, 2007 issue of Jet Magazine that Gumbo Station would be released the month of May 2007.
However this did not happen as Romeo enrolled at the University of Southern California with a D-I (Division 1) offer. The main reason why this album was not released that year was because Romeo was concentrating more on his basketball career and collegiate studies than his music career.
The release date for Romeo - Gumbo Station was pushed back to February 14, 2008. The album was scheduled for a release date on February 14, 2008. However this did not happen.
The release date for Romeo - Gumbo Station was pushed back again to the end of April 2008. However the album was never released on this date as promised and for whatever the reason(s) may be, the Romeo - Gumbo Station album still remains unreleased.
Interestingly enough, his 2009 album, Get Low, contained singles that were originally supposed to had been on the Gumbo Station album and also contained original songs from his previous albums.
Romeo is looking special kind of girl who can give him something unique in terms of feelings and experience with his sweet love song Special Girl with Marques Houston of B2K. Romeo and Marques Houston lets these dudes know it ain’t bout just having a girl but it’s about having that special girl. Every good doctor has to have some kinda relationship with their patient. Right? To sum it all up… Special Girl is about having that special girl. There ain’t nothing like this girl in this world. She is special to him (me).
Now you know Romeo is the type of thug whose chain hangs low with the all white. From New Orleans but the dude doin all right.
Well Rome is looking for the special girl that is just right for him. She eye candy to the eyes he has been blessed twice. Light skin corn rows. It don't get better. He’s got a nice life. All he needs is a wife. I mean the way she moves make Romeo wanna drop the mic. In the end it’s just Romeo and her. She was made for him and he was made for her. Cant nobody do Romeo like her. Romeo is on cloud nine hitting his head all the ceilings.
I can’t really describe this feeling Romeo is getting. It’s more than them goodies. I heard people Romeo’s my pimp game slippin. They 64 switchin up.
No matter what people say she is his girlfriend. No need to let the homies hate. She is his best friend. They still are gonna do our thing. They gonna be together.
Pullin' Up is a Romeo and Bobby Valentino duo produced by Bobby Valentino. Romeo and Bobby Valentino give these dudes a reality check. They don't know what’s real. You ain't pulling up like Romeo, home boy. Its about that time, man. You ain't ready.
When Romeo and Bobby Valentino pulling up, the girls they stop and stare. Haters hate on them. When Romeo is pulling up he sees his wrist hanging out the window waiting patiently in something foreign something foreign next to him. Listen to this. His music's bumpin. They keep coming down the streets.
His grill is shining with an earlobe of karats. Bank rolls of cabbage. A chick is just smiling. But if you have two then chicks get violent. They follow Romeo like Simon. Romeo is not your average person. He’s God's gift. Romeo is a solider. Romeo is all of that. Posted up on the block where then hustlers at. Blend in with the Saints. When something ain't right, he calls the hood back. The son of a hustler and that’s a fact. Black tint, black whip, black chick, and black kicks.
Back to the chicks. They come from all places. With a body like Beyoncé and eyes like Asians. Tall model chicks with to the prettiest faces. Romeo sees some cuties with some bootys. Even Caucasians. Romeo is pulling up and all the haters are hating. He keeps the ground shaken like an earthquake.
Romeo discusses how he wears his fitted baseball cap on his song called Fitted Cap. Romeo rocks his P. Miller gear in his fitted cap. A fine example of Southern rap.
Romeo rocks his P. Miller gear in his fitted cap. He is all in the club. Pulling hoes in his fitted cap. Romeo is decked in his fitted ride which has trucks with the windows tinted. Guttar Boyz are in it. I don’t think you dudes serious. You's a scrimmage. You see Romeo step out with P. Miller rims and a fitted jeans blingin that are dripping in embedded custom-made fashion. And he hangs around with guerrillas.
He keeps the rim to his cap low. Even it can took it to the right. When he turns the rim to his cap to the back, that means Romeo is bout to fight. You know Romeo is ready. He has got a lot of platinum.
Romeo has something special you never seen in his money green fitted cap 20s on Cutlets and 26s on the limousines. 38s when he is going out on a date. Lil Romeo shows he has not forgotten about his hustler roots with these lyrics: Son of a hustler I had to sell nice cream. And if he feels some kind of beef is about to go down, he just turns it to the back.
Young V has his hat to the side. He might be young but he is a beast with it. Freaky like a searcher starched up and lean and freeze in it. So he can ball in it and hit them ball in it. Young V is a rich boy she ain’t gotta steal, shorty.

Southdown – Chronicles The EP EP review
The Southdown – Chronicles The EP is and was one of the lesser known releases from the No Limit Forever label which hardly received any attention online or offline. The album was a combined mixture of rock and pop. Think pop rock with an alternative feeling. Here their songs contains elements of hard rock, post-grunge, and progressive rock while maintaining the straight-forward melodicism of traditional pop songcraft. Their 2012 EP was released as a digital EP in AAC format.
The alternative rock band out of New Orleans was the first rock band to be signed to the No Limit Forever label. This was Romeo’s and Master P’s attempts to add diversity to the label.
I Found My Soul is about finding your place and life and living through the struggle. Living the life of all that pain.
I found my soul not long ago. And you were there to let me know and you hold my hand. I'm not scared at all because I found my soul not too long ago. I lived the life of guilt and shame. l've lived the life of all that pain. I've lived the life of doing drugs. l've lived the life of fighting thugs. But now I'm through and I've turned to you.
I found my soul not too long ago. I lived the life when I was hurt from doing drugs down in the dirt. But now I'm through and I've turned to you. I am so glad that all that's over. I’m so proud I'm clean and sober. Now I see this, and I'm walking your way. Most other times I now that I would cry. Most of the time I now would die if I kept it up, If I kept it up.
The band went in a bold, new direction when it collaborated with rapper and labelmate Co-Ruff on the synth-driven "Beast Inside," a hip-hop rock jam that soon got exposure on ESPN via college basketball programs. The hit record “The Beast Inside” was written by Co-Ruff for the band SouthDown. He co-wrote the song.
