Livin Large was an album Buttabean released on Wrecking The Mic Recordz based outta Waco, Texas in 2002. This album is of his is a living testimony about survival of the fittest. He explains his rise to power in the underground scene of Waco rap with songs such as My Testimony, Living Proof, and Survival of the Fittest. Buttabean is living proof of what Texas rap has been missing in. He even has something for the ladies or for a night of romance with songs such as OOOH Baby and Freak Wit Me. Livin Large some heart pumpin’, fist pumpin’ music that is surely confrontational and gets real raw. The style of country rap on this record is unique and unheard of.

If you are looking for something similar to Bubba Sparxxx, Haystak, or Paul Wall, then Buttabean’s Bigg Boned album is the perfect album for you. Bigg Boned is the solo debut album by Buttabean that was put out in 1998 on Wrecking The Mic Recordz. The style of country rap on this record is unique and unheard of according to Buttabean. Bigg Boned is some heart pumpin’, fist pumpin’ music that is surely confrontational and gets real raw to a point of course. Bigg Boned is Texas rap at its finest. Not mention Waco rap at its finest. (Belton if you want to be exact.)

This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will review T.O.D.D. - Welcome 2 Durty's World EP.
T.O.D.D. is a rap artist signed to San Antonio, Texas/South Carolina indie label Urban Street Music Group (USMG). Hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, The Official Durty Don has emerged from all of life's trials, tribulations and adversities equipped with street smarts and a hustler's mentality.
Welcome 2 Durty's World EP (released in 2017) is a rap EP with a universal sound that is considered diverse. T.O.D.D. strives not to be perfect on this EP but instead real. “Welcome to my world. It’s not perfect but it's real.” T.O.D.D. states on his CDBaby web page. He accompanies the listeners on his journey through this life he calls Durty's World. You will experience the raw reality of course. (T.O.D.D. is short for “The Official Durty Don”.)
On average, half of the tracks are 3 minute a piece. So if you are expecting longevity or long tracks then this EP is not suggested for you. However T.O.D.D. is not your average rapper. Like a chameleon, he can adapt to any beat or flow on his own.
T.O.D.D. gives the rap game what it has been missing out in on the first track What da Game Missin’. Dirty southern rap beats make up a sizable portion of the production for this track. There is no need for any questions to further explain the track. T.O.D.D. is what the game's been missing.
From Tha Met 2 Tha Bay has a Southern twang with a sprinkle of West Coast flavor. Southern rap meets West Coast rap on From Tha Met 2 Tha Bay.
T.O.D.D. "The Official Durty Don" gives a shout to the old school on Ol’ Skool for which he gives tribute to. T.O.D.D. is an 80s baby raised and taught game by people from the 70s decade. Ya’ll can’t fade him. He kills the beat throughout the whole track!

Former Brownsville ISD building found to be sitting unoccupied.
A former Brownsville ISD building was found by Michael Mixerr during real estate research on propertyshark.com. According to propertyshark.com, this two story building was built in 1940 with extended alterations made in 1945.
Over several years many businesses have leased this building. From the 1970s to the 1990s, Model Industrial Corporation, Model Laundry Dry Cleaning Co., Laundry Dry Cleaning Co., and Model Industrial Services Inc occupied this building. Today this building sits unoccupied. Nothing much else can be found out about the building.
The address is 314 West Elizabeth Street, Brownsville, Texas, US 78520.

Prehistorically the area of Loving County had many springs that supported drinkable water to wildlife and nomadic hunters. Antonio de Espejo was said to have visited the area in 1583 and crossed the Pecos River into present day Loving County.
From 1837 to 1874, the area of modern day Loving County was part of Bexar County. John Pope surveyed the area in 1854 for a railroad company and returned in the year of 1855 to start a camp in northwestern Loving County and establish artesian wells in the area, but the venture was unsuccessful and was abandoned in 1861. In 1874 it was separated from Bexar County and became a part of Tom Green County. Oil was discovered Loving County in 1921.
Loving County is named for Oliver Loving who a cattle rancher and pioneer of the cattle drive. Oliver Loving, along with Charles Goodnight, developed the Goodnight-Loving Trail in the vicinity of the county.
Loving County is served by the Wink Independent School District. Mentone’s school district (Mentone ISD aka Mentone Independent School District) was closed and consolidated into Wink ISD in 1972 as student enrollment had fallen to just two pupils. Mentone had an elementary school until 1972.
Today as of 2018, Loving County has no other incorporated communities as its county seat and only community is Mentone.
