Smooth is a prolific song by Santana featuring the artist Rob Thomas. Santana shows off his mean guitar playing skills on this particular song while Rob Thomas is the lyricist. To me, I think that Rob Thomas is a very underrated artist. I do believe Rob Thomas should have gained more national exposure. Rob Thomas definitely had potential to become an international sensation as Santana did.
