This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will review The BB Kingz - B.B. King Kong.
For those who don't know, The BB Kingz consists of Bazerkowitz and Black Mikey. They worked on the B.B. King Kong album from 2011 to 2012 which was released in 2012. It's a collaboration album. The album features Orko, Damu, and Bazerk. Black Mikey goes reggae like he did in the 90's which is dope! Also for those who don't know, B.B. Kingz is what Killafornia Infection eventually morphed into. B.B. King Kong is the best collaboration album of 2012! The album is filled with originality with lyricism and dope beats! From start to finish, this album is definitely straight up dope!! This album is a reminder that San Diego Hip Hop/Rap is alive for those of you who all thought Hip Hop and Rap was dead.
