Beat Division ‎– Live As One EP is another hidden gem from electronic house music that is truly a gem. This EP is driven by beats and drums more than other releases in their discography. In other words this EP is more beat driven as evidenced in Drum Drop, Drum Drop Beats, and A Special Groove. Beat Division chose to stick to the usual electronic house route. Their songs are catchy and very addictive as always.

The cymbals kit used on My Brothers & Sisters samples the cymbal kits from Lil Louis - I Called U (The Story Continues) and Lil Louis - I Called U (A Series Of Events). The vocal samples come from Jerry Garcia Band - My Brothers and Sisters. Live As One (Dub) samples the same songs listed.  

Drum Drop uses several layers of beats and drums unsurprisingly. The sound and style is similar to a Techontronic song. The same goes for Drum Drop Beats.

A Special Groove is a top favorite among Beat Division fans due to the sampling. Here A Special Groove samples the horn parts from Candido - Thousand Finger Man. The song gets favorable acclaim among  Beat Division fans.
