Fred G. Lowman and his wife, Grace B. Lowman, purchased 955 acres of land from Hays County to establish a ranch which would become Lowman Ranch on the date of February 10, 1846. His land was surveyed for the Edward Burleson Survey on October 7, 1847. A wooden styled ranch house was built that same year with additions added on and made in 1848. A white single story German ranch style house was constructed on the property in 1900. Masonry brick was used to construct a chimney and fireplace. A front gable was added to the porch of this house. The house would also serve as the Albert Lowman House. This house is actually prairie styled house due to emphasis on the horizontal edges and ends.

Fred G. Lowman’s great grandson, Albert T. Lowman, acquired the property on a warranty deed on the date of June 17, 1996. Albert T. Lowman put Lowman Ranch on a living trust called Albert T. We are depositing into escrow 628,134 shares of common stock to be delivered against tender of title and will owe approximately $314,000 at closing. If the transaction is closed, we anticipate that we will be able to complete required predevelopment approvals and begin construction of the infrastructure, homes and associated amenities within nine to twelve months from the date of closing. This project will serve as a demonstration development for the commercialization of our various EI Elemental Heat Energy System technologies. It will allow us to test the installation and production aspects of our technologies, market a project, and offer a new environmentally sensitive method of development to other home and resort developers.
