EI Elemental Heat Energy Systems has entered into an agreement to purchase land for developing an eco-sustainable residential project in San Marcos, Texas, on the site of the Lowman Ranch in 2021. A proposed new neighborhood is planned to be built on the Lowman Ranch property west of I 35. Part of the agreement is to purchase land for developing an eco-sustainable residential project in San Marcos, Texas, on the site of the Lowman Ranch.
This project will serve as a demonstration development for the commercialization of various EI Elemental Heat Energy System technologies. Part of this agreement will also allow EI Elemental Heat Energy Systems to test the installation and production aspects of their technologies, market a project, and offer a new environmentally sensitive method of development to other home and resort developers. The objectives are to be ecologically friendly and environmentally friendly.
The announcement date for construction remains undetermined due to CO-VID 19. Completion of this neighborhood has yet to be announced. However plans will continue once there is a vaccine for CO-VID 19 virus.
So far they have been depositing into escrow 628,134 shares of common stock to be delivered against tender of title and will owe approximately $314,000 at closing. If the transaction is closed, we anticipate that we will be able to complete required predevelopment approvals and begin construction of the infrastructure, homes and associated amenities within nine to twelve months from the date of closing.
