West End Presbyterian Church was built as a single story church at 850 Waverly Avenue in the Gardendale neighborhood in 1906. The church was built using a box frame plan. West End Presbyterian Church purchased a small land parcel from Jesse Yantis in 1906. West End Presbyterian Church would be expanded on land purchased from Jesse Yantis on a warranty deed in 1910.
