History behind the Zerka-Rassy grocery store in Flint, Michigan explained.

Zerka-Rassy was a grocery store at 1656 Ohio Avenue on the East Side of Flint which operated from 1936 to 1956. This grocery store was converted into a shopping center in 1956 called Nelson Shopping Centre. Nelson Shopping Centre operated from 1956 to 1970. Nelson Shopping Centre ceased operations in 1970. Louay Kouza established Kouza Inc inside of this former shopping center in 2005.
