London Posse – London Posse was a part of the UK hip hop explosion that rocked London during the 1980's. This is Brithop. British hip hop/rap at its finest! Big Life put out the best British hip hop singles in the 1980s. Each song included on this single is an absolute classic. The single uses a raucous mixture of reggae and hip hop. My Beatbox Reggae Style is a perfect example. London Posse uses classic old school emceeing. The single cover was shot on the escalators at London's Leicester Square tube station going up. London Posse was able to shoot on the escalators because they knew Yazz who was the station manager's daughter.
My Beatbox Reggae Style uses a raucous mixture of reggae and hip hop. Classic beatboxing is used over old school emceeing. Tim Westwood mixed this. Tim Westwood also mixed the song London Posse. The song uses a mixture of reggae and hip hop too as the song My Beatbox Reggae Style did.
I rate this single 5/5*****!!
