The Goliad Apartments were erected and constructed in 1951. The Goliad Apartments were erected and constructed entirely out of wood. Here the Goliad Apartments opened in 1951 with close to 20 single family units. The apartment units were small and cramped in terms of size. That is why there were kitchenettes.
