New hotel to be built in Del Valle, Texas.

A new hotel is being built on 4 acres of land alongside Highway 71 near FM 973 in Del Valle, Texas. This hotel is going to be a La Quinta Hotel. The high volume of development activity and traffic the near vicinity will surely draw in business for the hotel. Construction of this new hotel was approved by the City of Austin. The site plan has been approved. Utilities are already located on the property. A concrete slab from a previous hotel, gas station, and grocery store have been removed. 3080 E. 71 LLC is the corporation which will be owning and operating this hotel. This new hotel will be located at 3080 East Highway 71, Del Valle, Texas, US 78617.
