Woodland Terrace Mobile Home Park deed their land to the City of Waco in 2010 for an undisclosed amount of money. The property was sold again in 2012 when the City of Lacy-Lakeview sold the property to RSBR INVESTMENTS LLC on a warranty deed on the date of 8/6/2012. A Dollar General store had been built on the property during that year also. The property was sold again that year on warranty deed when RSBR INVESTMENTS LLC deeded the property to ARC DGLLVTX001 LLC. Today ARC DGLLVTX001 LLC owns part of the land facing North Lacy Drive.
