Medina Valley Independent School District acquired this property and building in a sheriff’s sale under Tax Suit No. 95-TA2-0128; Medina Valley Independent School District vs. Meadow Wood Acres Community Council Inc., et al. in 1998. Medina Valley Independent School District received $9,653.86 from the acquisition of the sheriff’s sale Tax Suit No. 95-TA2-0128. However Medina Valley Independent School District conveyed this building and property to the Edwin C Meyer Trust on the date of December 16, 1998 on a special warranty deed and trustees deed.
