The Conrad Muth Cemetery/Conrad Muth Cemetary was established sometime before 1960 by a single man named Conrad Muth. When Conrad A. Muth and Conrad Muth Jr. both passed away, they were buried in this cemetery.
Conrad Muth Non Profit Cemetery Association came before the Bexar County Clerk to register Conrad Muth Cemetery as a non-profit on April 24, 1980 to receive a tax exempt status. Gloria Muth Ramirez was the direct heir responsible for starting and up keeping this cemetery. (Ref: Bexar County Land Deeds, Document Number: 142288)
On the date of April 24, 1980, Conrad Muth Non Profit Cemetery Association came before the Bexar County Clerk to register Conrad Muth Cemetery against an order to remove all the bodies from that cemetery because Conrad Muth Non Profit Cemetery Association had not removed all the remains. Conrad Muth Non Profit Cemetery Association will defend Conrad Muth Cemetery any person, government entities, or corporation who claims any part of Conrad Muth Cemetery. They will protect and clean the cemetery to the fullest of the law. (Ref: Bexar County Land Deeds, Document Number: 142288)
The Conrad Muth Non Profit Cemetery Association now manages and owns the Conrad Muth Cemetery/Conrad Muth Cemetary with Jessica Banda Muth. Family members have accepted positions of directorship to clean and care for this cemetery. Today Conrad Muth Cemetery/Conrad Muth Cemetary is located inside of Wetmore Community Cemetery.
