The Gunnar Mine annex was a uranium mine located less than 3 miles southeast of Uranium City in Saskatchewan, Canada during 1957. The Gunnar Mine annex had also served as a uranium deposit throughout much of the mid-20th century. The mine was situated near the west shore of Beaverlodge Lake. Altered granite was used when mining for uranium. Altered granite was mixed with gneiss. Gunnar Mine was part of Beaverlodge Uranium District.
The Gunnar Mine annex was shut down and relocated 25 miles west to Eldorado due to the high levels of radon. Cameco bought out the mine in 1988.
Gunnar Mine annex was located at Lake Avenue, Uranium City, Saskatchewan, Canada.
