The Electric Beat Crew EP is an example of early German hip hop from Germany. The Electric Beat Crew duo was influenced by the electronic sound from the electronic band "Kraftwerk” which is why electronic and hip hop are mashed up together on this EP. The sounds of 80s electronic music leaves much to be desired for the ears whether good, bad, or just plain cheesy. Not too many people know this but Electric Beat Crew was the first and only English speaking hip hop group in Germany. The EP was issued on vinyl in 1989 by the AMIGA label.
Go Go uses the styles of electro hip hop and Baltimore Go Go. The song has that East Coast flow and style. Go Go is a perfect song to break dance to. Go Go also proves to be great graffiti bombing music.

This was the song that rocked German hip hop back then as Electric Beat Crew made this song a German hip hop classic by constantly playing it during break dance sessions and concerts. Here We Come is the German answer to Nucleus - Jam On It. The BPM for Here We Come is 118 BPM.
