Stallion Texas Real Estate plans hope of renovating the former VJ’s Grocery & Café in Volente, Texas.

Stallion Texas Real Estate plans on renovating the former VJ’s Grocery & Café  in Volente, Texas to become a housing unit and condominiums. They plan to open these condominiums to the public by 2021. Stallion Texas Real Estate and Loved Homes of Volente has hired Kellie Rush-Frie of Frie Planning to create a plan for the redevelopment.

Resurfacing of the floor has been done to the interior. Very little has been done to renovate the exterior. Although many windows have been boarded shut with plywood. Other than that no remodeling has been done since then.

VJ’s was put on the market again by Stallion Texas Real Estate in December 3, 2020 for any potential buyers who are interested. VJ’s Grocery & Café is now considered to be a historical building. Stallion Texas Real Estate and Benjamin K. Williams now own the property as they are beneficiaries for this land. Benjamin K. Williams currently manages this property.
