Dailey Cemetery is one of the lesser known and forgotten cemeteries of Manor and Travis County. This news article will explain some of the history behind Dailey Cemetery.
Dailey Cemetery was plotted and established around 1898 by J C Dailey, Jas. Wood, B.C. Brown, and Wes Brown near the adjacent corner of Gravel Hill Road & Webberville Road outside the small town of Webberville, Texas. Dailey Cemetery was a family cemetery where members of the Dailey Family were buried on this property. All of the burials were descendants of the Dailey Family. The Dailey Family were farmers. B.C. Brown and Wes Brown additional acreage of their land for the Dailey Cemetery in 1899 when expansion was much needed. B.C. Brown owned land south of Webberville Road (FM 969). J C Dailey owned land north of Webberville Road (FM 969). (Ref: 1898-1902 Travis County Clerk Records: Road Book Precincts 1-4)
There were to have been an estimated 4-9 burials inside Dailey Cemetery. Mostly burials of relatives and/or members of the Dailey Family.
When Webberville Road (FM 969) and Blake Manor Road were being realigned in 1964, a small part of Dailey Cemetery relocated further away from the corner of Gravel Hill Road & Webberville Road. The cemetery had become overgrown and abandoned by 1977 as many of the descendants of the Dailey Family had passed away. 
As of 2021, there are no gravestones at this cemetery. All gravestones and burials have been re-interred elsewhere. Exactly where remains unknown. The fence is the only remaining component of Dailey Cemetery. This cemetery is littered with beer bottles and corroded metal which has been rusting away with time. The most common item that can be found and discovered at this cemetery are beer bottles and metal. And the occasional plastic.
