Short history behind the Lovenskiold Building in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The Lovenskiold Building at 601 Mesquite Street in Corpus Christi downtown was owned by Dr. Perry G. Lovenskiold. He still practiced dentistry while mayor. Upon leaving office, he went back to practicing dentistry full-time from his office in the Gugenheim-Cohn Building and at the Lovenskiold Building. He retired in 1955. At the time of his death he was the oldest living former mayor of Corpus Christi. The Lovenskiold Building is located at 601 Mesquite Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, US 78401.
