Underground Resistance – Soundpictures EP is one of the most underrated and overlooked techno releases from the city of Detroit, Michigan of all time. This EP uses that raw Detroit techno sound which techno fans definitely love. Each song uses that raw Detroit techno sound which includes the famous four-track aesthetic. These songs use caustic lo-fi acid techno mixed with that retro electro soundscape. The bass is what stands out about this Underground Resistance release.
Lunar Rhythms uses that original Detroit techno sound. Handclaps over bass blended inside caustic lo-fi acid techno mixed with that retro electro soundscape. The bass on Lunar Rhythms will make you want to move. Spirits Speak use a lot of break beats that are intoxicating and compelling to listen to. Techno and acid dance are mixed together on one song. The bass here is amazing.
I rate this EP 5/5*****!!
