A new Wingate By Wyndham Hotel is being built in Del Valle, Texas. This 40-room hotel will have 10 rooms on each floor. The first floor will have 10 rooms and will expand to include more rooms overtime. This Wingate By Wyndham Hotel location will be located west of the new La Quinta hotel on a 177,725 square foot lot. This Wingate By Wyndham Hotel location is going to be located east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Austin Airport Hospitality LLC which will be owning and operating the Wingate By Wyndham Hotel in Del Valle. Wingate By Wyndham Hotel in Del Valle will operate as a hotel and lodge.
