DJ Sneak – Beetz-N-Noizez EP is one of the many underrated and under appreciated releases from Chicago disco house legend DJ Sneak. Only DJs know about this DJ Sneak release. This EP showcases some of DJ Sneak’s earlier works from the 90s. DJ Sneak blends the genres of electronic, dance, and hip hop/rap on one record. This EP is a perfect vinyl tool for DJs.
Bitch Betta Have is backed by dance beats over the vocal sample of AMG - Bitch Betta Have My Money. The song has an explicit arrogant vibe that is quite misogynistic. This song can get annoying to some though but that does not prevent the song from being a banger.
Groove Patrol incorporates the genre of dance and electronic on one song. The song uses infectious kicks, claps, clavs, and hoots. What stands out about this DJ Sneak song is the loud pounding kick drum which is repeated looped throughout the song until the end. The kick stops around the very end.
I rate this EP 3/5***.
