The back story behind 6820 Stockport in San Antonio, Texas explained again.

The Contemporary styled pink colored brick house at 6820 Stockport in San Antonio, Texas was a basic Ray Ellison house built by Ray Ellison builders in the 1980s for the Camelot neighborhood. 6820 Stockport is part of a duplex which is your average Camelot townhouse. This Contemporary styled pink colored brick house at 6820 Stockport was one of those houses. Unfortunately Ray Ellison had trouble selling the houses. So they siphoned off a majority of properties to rental companies which led to a severe decline of the neighborhood. Many of which were sold and auctioned. The Contemporary styled pink colored brick house at 6820 Stockport was one of those houses. 6820 Stockport was connected to many duplexes in the neighborhood. The Contemporary styled pink colored brick house at 6820 Winsford was built in 1980 on a 3,920 square foot lot. This home features 6 rooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The list of materials that were used to construct this building includes brick, wood. It has a composition roof. The list of flooring materials includes tile. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) purchased the home from Shirley R Hammett on a general warranty deed on the date of 5/8/1991 for $52,938. Just less than a year later, Housing & Urban Development (HUD) sold the home to Manuel C Martinez and Mirtha Breque Martinez on the date of 9/13/1991. The house was foreclosed on by a home equity foreclosure order in 2009 when Mirtha Breque Martinez failed to file a response. This house was foreclosed on twice, once in 2009 and once in 2012. Bexar CAD stated the house at 6820 Stockport was once bank owned and was auctioned off at one point. This particular house was flipped by an investor during that time as the house was abandoned and always deteriorating. This particular house was up for sale for close to 2 years. Overtime the Contemporary styled pink colored brick house got trashed out and later boarded up with wooden boarding due to the severe decline of the Camelot neighborhood. Many investors refused to touch this house. 6820 Stockport was one of many abandoned townhomes in the neighborhood. 


Fate of the house was restored when DUBRI ENTERPRISES INC sold the house to a femme sole named Janet Elizabeth Hagemann on a warranty deed on the date of 5/29/2014. Janet Elizabeth Hagemann continues to own the house. Janet Elizabeth Hagemann has no intentions of selling the house anytime soon. (Ref: Bexar County Deeds, Instrument #20140088151)

Janet Elizabeth Hagemann put her house on the Hagemann Living Trust on the date of 2/28/2017 as Bexar CAD records show and indicate. (Ref: Bexar County Deeds, Instrument #20170041806)
