The size of Swint Family Cemetery is 0.168 acres and is located next to the Swint residence. Swint Family Cemetery would be a reserved as a family cemetery only for members of the Swint family. A single grave and headstone can be found facing south of Escondida Road. That is the first grave and headstone you will find when you enter Swint Family Cemetery. Perimeter of Swint Family Cemetery is bounded by 6 foot cedar fence on all sides. This 6 foot cedar fence serves as a privacy fence. Accessing this cemetery will be difficult due to this 6 foot cedar fence. So access the cemetery from the back behind a forest instead of Escondida Road. There are an estimated 4 to 6 graves and burials said to buried at Swint Family Cemetery. There is a slight possibility that there could be more than 6 graves and burials though.
R Dale Swint transferred ownership of Swint Family Cemetery to Brian Wade Swint through a will on the date of 5/1/2003. Brian Wade Swint was the independent executor of the estate of Dale R Swint. (Ref: Bexar County Deed Records, #0204463)
Ownership over who owned Swint Family Cemetery went through probate court. The case lasted 3 months. Bexar County transferred the rest of his ownership of the cemetery property to Brian Wade Swint on the date of October 9, 2003. Brian Wade Swint is the current owner of Swint Family Cemetery.
