There were at least 3 different structures which once served as Brady C J & Co Planing Mill and Box Factory that were separated into 3 different land parcels of real property. The large white brick building at 902 Woodbridge Avenue became a separate land parcel of real property sometime in the 20th century.

According to some data from the resident history of 906 Woodbridge Avenue listed on homemetry.com, Woodbridge Union Hall was once home to a nonclassifiable establishment called Pot Smokers of America. (Ref: https://homemetry.com/ng/house/906+WOODBRIDGE+ST,+Flint+MI/Resident-History)

This makes sense because principal member and founder Tom Ehlears had passed away in the year 2012. Of course this what led to the decline and abrupt closure of Pot Smokers of America. That is why Pot Smokers of America dissolved. (Ref: https://obits.mlive.com/us/obituaries/flint/name/thomas-ehlears-obituary?n=thomas-ehlears&pid=156707256)
Genesee County Land Bank and D Paxton acquired the land from Thomas Ehlears after he passed way in the year 2013. D Paxton acquired a portion of the Woodbridge Union Hall property in 2013.
Genesee County Land Bank currently owns the Woodbridge Union Hall along with Henry R. Campbell, Jr and D Paxton. D Paxton owns a small portion of the Woodbridge Union Hall property.
