A look at the Dunn Family Cemetery in Austin, Texas. A cemetery with a hidden controversy.

The controversy with Dunn Family Cemetery began in 2018 when Dunn Family Cemetery INC was taken to court by Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) over tax appraisal disputes and other tax-related issues in a lawsuit called DUNN FAMILY CEMETERY INC vs. TRAVIS CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT. Travis Central Appraisal District took Dunn Family Cemetery INC twice in 2018. However both cases are still pending. Now what really started the controversy was disputes with the homeowner association of the Lake Pointe subdivision in summer of 2020. A citation was issued for both parties.
