Tora Bora Cave is located off of River Place and FM 2222 in Northwest Austin (NW Austin) in an undeveloped part of the Austin Colorado River green belt. Tora Bora Cave is located behind an insurance office and Scott Felder Homes Design Center.

Tora Bora Cave is a cave and limestone boulder located inside of Bottlecap Cave. Basically Tora Bora Cave is a cave underneath a limestone boulder isolated away from public view.
