The house at 1922 Fairy Chasm Road in was built in 1983 with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with 1,640 square feet of living space along with a fireplace. This house was built as a single family residence and 2½ stories in height. This house would later serve as a base for an amateur radio station a few years later. An amateur radio station called WL7BIK was established and operated out of this house beginning in 1987. Richard E Martin was the announcer and radio operator responsible for running WL7BIK. Richard E Martin operated WL7BIK throughout 1996 and 1997 respectively. The amateur radio station had been operated entirely by Richard E Martin at that point. However the radio station fizzled out and was voluntarily dissolved by the year thereof 1998. After Richard E Martin dissolved his amateur radio station, he sold the property to Archie E Dundas and Irene M Dundas in 2004 on a deed of trust. Archie E Dundas and Irene M Dundas transferred their land to a trust called RECON TRUST on November 4, 2005 in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns as Beneficiary. However a breach of the obligations for which said deed of trust is security has occurred in that the payment has not been made. The reason for this was failure to make payments and other obligations were not satisfied. The interest had not been paid. Also the principal balance of $163,955.85 had not been paid either. Plus accrued interest at the rate of 7.62500%, late charges, costs and any future advances. So their property was foreclosed on by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors, and Ditech Financial LLC. On June 15, 2017 at 10:00 AM, their property was put up for bid and was to the highest and best bidder in order to to sell the above described real property to satisfy the obligation, together with all accrued interest and all costs and expenses. All subsequent installments of principal, interest, balloon payments, plus impounds and/or advances and late charges that become payable by reason thereof, and under the terms of the Note and Deed of Trust.
