Jovonn – Underground Construction EP is one of the lesser sought Jovonn EPs people hardly known about and have slept on. This EP has been shamefully overlooked. The highlights for this Jovonn EP include Erson's Keys and Be Free '92.
Erson's Keys has some infectious claps, warped electronic upright bass, and rhythmic house beats. The insane MIDI flute melody is what makes Erson's Keys so rhythmic, intoxicating, and compelling to listen to. This song is one of Jovonn’s golden tunes that has been sadly overlooked by many. Erson's Keys is with listening to.
Construction is one of the more quieter and luscious lush songs off the EP. The song uses an electronic style jazzy saxophone solo over rhythmic shakers.
You can hear the legendary Jovonn at work with his production techniques and styles on Be Free '92. The song uses a smokey harmonic electro organ over infectious handclaps. This song is another one of Jovonn’s golden tunes that has been and was sadly overlooked by many.
I rate this EP 5/5*****!!
