Mixerr Album Reviews #40

This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will do a review on MC Overlord's Last Call album. This album was released in 2009 on Vallejo's Vallejo Music Group in Austin, Texas.

This album seemed rushed to me. Maybe Overlord did not have enough time or money to put into Last Call album. I don't know. Anyway the production was not as good as the last album The Black Theory. He should have stuck with DJ Panda and Drez One. That would have made the album better. For those who don't know, MC Overlord is a record Ten time Austin Hip Hop Artist of the Year award winner with 10 independent CD's currently under his belt. The Austin Statesman has called him "The Godfather of ATX Hip Hop."!

There weren't as many good cuts as the last one. The good cuts were Pops, Kid Brotha, All I Want for Christmas Is a Black President, Last Call, Tarantino, I'm In Here, and The Flow.

I rate this album, Last Call, 3 1|2/5***(.
