This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will review The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra - Swingin' Era from 1939. Now this compilation album has all the swing era classics such as Little Brown Jug by Glenn Miller, Pompton Turnpike by Charlie Barnet, Caravan by Duke Ellington, Traffic Jam by Artie Shaw, Amapola by Jimmy Dorsey, and Flying Home by Lionel Hampton. All the swing era classics!
