This is Michael Mixerr. Today I am going to review Zig Zag - Chocolate Butter EP. This EP was released on vinyl in 1996 from Z&Z Associates Label and Vid-Kid Records. Zig Zag is a funk band from Detroit, Michigan.
Kissing Boutique is a funky love song over a funky sampled loop with a treble reduced percussion selection. The clavs are ok. Ebony is the female vocalist. Kissing Boutique is for all the freaks out there. Chocolate Butter is a hodgepodge of funk and soul. Chocolate Butter samples Jayo Felony - Sherm Stick.
