The Patriot Act was created by the US Congress and US Senate in the United States in 2003 in response to the War on Terror and the ugly aftermath of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
US politicians did not consider or think about the historical events that may have contributed to the tragedy along with the repercussions it would have against United States citizens. US politicians did not consider or think about the possibilities and consequences the Patriot Act would have.
The Patriot Act is neo-nazi fascism!
The Patriot Act infringes on many peoples right. Once you're convicted by the government on suspicion of terrorism along with added criminal charges and civil penalties, you're locked down in an indefinite detention center. There's really no way out. You're screwed basically. The Patriot Act infringes free speech and invasion of privacy! Not to mention the Patriot Act is a violation of constitutional similar to draft acts of that nature. That's why we as citizens need to put a stop to it!
The Patriot Act is proof that Nazism is alive and well in the United States. It is the reincarnation of Adolph Hitler's Enabling Act with quite many similarities in tact. That's why the Patriot Act is considered as neo-nazi fascism!
Still in 2016, the Patriot Act still remains in tact with our politicians who are using this unconstitutional law for false imprisonment against innocent citizens who are obviously not terrorists.
