Mixerr Album Reviews #1,407

This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will review Eminem - Revival.

Revival is the new comeback album for Eminem of 2017 and 2018. Eminem makes a solid remarkable comeback by releasing another album to please the masses. Revival proves to be yet another hit with Eminem fans across international borders in countries across the planet. Although popular among new fans, a handful of original Eminem fans consider this album to be trash. Some people went as far as to call Revival "the best Eminem album of all time". (Yes even including their music album reviews.)

Using the comedy rock sample from Cheech & Chong - Earache My Eye was a new interesting concept for instrumental backing for the background music of this song. I love how he used the Cheech & Chong comedy rock sample in the song Untouchable. No one has yet to have done that on a rap album or a rap song.

The song itself deals with racism and how racism still effects America today. Eminem takes all his anger and angst out against the system on Untouchable. Eminem speaks on stuff he has really not touched on his career especially with racism. Not only that, Eminem showcases his political side by touching subjects such as racism and police brutality.

Walk on Water with BeyoncĂ© was the pop single used to increase the album sales. The album's lead single Walk on Water has reached top 10 in Australia and Ireland. Both Skylar Grey and Eminem wrote the hook for this song. The song was this album’s breakthrough single. Walk on Water was the song of the year (2017) for Eminem period.

River was another song that was a breakthrough single for this album that had featured Ed Sheeran which cheated at #5 on the Top 100 Billboard Charts and #5 for the ARIA Charts in Australia.

Revival is honestly a 4/5**** album being that he make a solid remarkable comeback. Lovely how he used the Cheech & Chong comedy rock sample in the song Untouchable. No one has yet to have done that. Eminem speaks on stuff he has really not touched on his career.

I rate this album, Revival, 4/5****!
