Small history of The Alystra explained.

The Alystra was once a casino that operated for a short amount of time. Its interesting features were a vault under stage and "secret" rooms in the towers on the roof. And of course its many rooms. Rooms are what made this casino very interesting.

The Alystra opened for business in 1995 as a casino, but closed in 1998 and never reopened. Red Englert owned The Alystra in 1995. After the Alystra closed in 1998.  Red Englert sold the property to John Connors. John Connors owned The Alystra through full ownership in 1998. The Alystra burned to the ground on May 13, 2008 due to an arson.

The Alystra was located at 333 West Sunset Road, Henderson, Nevada, US 89011.
