Coming straight from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada is the Hills of Home album by Minnie White. It is a world music album. Minnie White plays the finest Irish Celtic music of Canada on this album.
The song Irish Viking is an Irish waltz which is faster than any average waltz out there. However this waltz is not too fast to the point it seems rushed. The song is played at 3|4 time and uses both E♯major on every new musical scale for each bar line. The song Irish Viking was inspired by an Irish waltz.
Waltz To The Hills Of Home was inspired by an Irish waltz. Waltz To The Hills Of Home is played at 4|4 time tops. Cooper’s is a classic folk song. The A notes are played taut like a hornpipe. It appears in the Athole Collection.
