New swiftwater carwash planned to be built in San Antonio, Texas.

A new swiftwater carwash is being built at the location of 811 Corrine Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The swiftwater carwash will be located directly next to the Austin Highway (US 81). Facilities for the physically handicapped will be included at this carwash facility. The swiftwater carwash will be included on the same commercial property as the new restaurant. According to loopnet and the Bexar County Plat Book, the swiftwater carwash and restaurant will all be located on 1 lot. Yet both businesses will have separate addresses for their location(s). (Ref: Bexar County Plat Book, Book 4500, Page 202)

Names for the business tenants have not yet been confirmed. The name of the carwash will carry the “carwash” title. However swiftwater carwash seems to be the proposed name for the carwash facility according to a plat map prepared and surveyed by GFR Development. Construction will begin later in 2019.
