Nickelodeon had cut all ties with Dan Schneider in mid-2018 because of his pedophile tendencies and his mistreatment towards child actors on shows he produced. Nickelodeon also cut their ties with his production company Schneider’s Bakery. There have been allegations of mistreatment raised by ex-child actors for many years. He has been under clouds of suspicion for many years because of these allegations of mistreatment.
This is because Dan Schneider is a foot fetishist. The warning signs were there since day one. For example, there was there was a scene on the Nickelodeon show iCarly where Carly Simon (Miranda Cosgrove) and Sam (Jeanette McCurdy) showed their feet during a live video streaming. Now this wasn’t the only show that involved kids' feet which Schneider’s Bakery produced. One other example is an episode of the show Drake & Josh had Josh (Josh Savino) moistening a female child’s foot with a wet cloth that had been soaked in water.
Another example of Dan Schneider’s foot fetish are his tweeted photos of the toes of his young female child actors/stars on his Twitter account (@DanWarp). His tweeted photos of children’s feet have raised eyebrows and were not free from any controversy. This is a red flag highlighting Dan Schneider’s foot fetish. One thing for sure is that Dan Schneider loves him some feet. He clearly sexualized girls in his shows.
Many people are surprised he wasn’t fired soon. At least he got what was coming to him. Dan Schneider was the Harvey Weinstein of Nickelodeon.
